Hey you!
We are looking for a nice roommate or roommate for a 12 m2 bright room in our 3 WG. The room is handed over unfurnished, but on request you can take over the “box” (clothing bars incl. compasses).
What awaits you:
💰 Rent: 453 € warm + (approx. 40 euro for electricity and internet as well as insurance..). Deletion for the general furniture in the living area: 200€ and if you want to take over the box, additional 100€.

Who are we?
We are Anja and Eva and have been living in Vienna for 5 years.
I, Anja, originally from Lower Austria, is currently working in sustainability expertise and studying ecotoxicology and environmental management at FH. I like to do great sports, am a lot on my racing bike, at the moment I find myself more often in fitness and sometimes I like to cook.
Eva, my super nice roommate is 24 years old and comes from the vicinity of Munich. She is currently studying environmental engineering in the Master at TU. Eva plays floorball, she likes to join me in the fitnesstudio and also she likes to photograph.

We are a relaxed and open WG that likes to spend time with each other – be it with common brunches on the weekend, cozy cooking and film evenings or even when learning together. At the same time, we ensure that everyone has their own free space that is respected.
