The room is about 17m2 and is on the farm side, so it is always nicely quiet. It has 2 large windows through which, especially in summer, the sun shines almost all day. The freshly ground fish-grain parquet is also particularly beautiful. The room offers enough storage space and additionally the apartment has a common basement compartment. The room also includes a small chamber, which is currently used as a kind of walk-in wardrobe. The room is handed over furniture (delivery 400€).
The apartment is located near Schönbrunn Palace in a quiet side street in the 14. District. Public transport is easily accessible. The tram stop Linzer Straße/Reinlgasse is just around the corner. The two subways U3 (Hütteldorferstraße) and U4 (Hietzing) are also within walking distance. Shops (Billa, Spar, Bipa) are located in Linzer Straße just steps away, Hofer and Billa Plus are also in the area. The nearby Auer-Welsbach-Park and the Schönbrunn Palace Park are particularly great. If you, like me, like riding a bike, the city centre is easily and easily accessible via Mariahilferstraße:)

The WG life is very relaxed with us. Laura (28) is very open and cordial and is happy to do something together occasionally. Since she studies and learns a lot, it's not a party WG. Considerable behaviour and open communication are very important. If you are interested, please write a message :)
