Hallo zusammen,
mein Name ist Alessandro und ich ziehe am 30. Juni aus meiner schönen WG aus. Die Wohnung wird für 2 Monate mehr vermietet werden, Juli und August. Es ist auch möglich, das Zimmer nur für 1 Monat zu mieten!
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, mit 3 Zimmern, einem großen Eingangsbereich, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), einem kleinen WC und einem großen Bad (mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC). Im Keller haben wir eine Waschküche.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Sie heißen Marc, aus Deutschland, und Emma, aus Frankreich.
Mein Zimmer ist etwa 15mq groß. Es ist voll möbliert, wie Sie auf den Fotos sehen können. Ich werde natürlich die Poster und die Pflanzen mitnehmen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Guntherstraße, im 15. Bezirk. Es ist eine sehr chillige Gegend und Sie haben Zugang zu vielen Geschäften nur in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.
Direkt unter dem Haus gibt es einen Spar, und innerhalb von 10 Minuten haben Sie auch Hofer, Lidl, Penny und Etsan.
Direkt unter dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 9, in 8 Gehminuten sind Sie bei der U3-Station Schweglerstraße und in 15 Gehminuten bei der U6-Station Burggasse/Stadthalle.
Ich fand die Lage sehr praktisch, um sich in der Stadt zu bewegen und ich ziehe nur aus, weil ich mit einer Freundin von mir zusammenleben werde.

Hello everybody,
my name is Alessandro and I'm moving out of my lovely WG on the 30th of June. The apartment will be rented for 2 months more, Juli and August. You can either rent it for both months or for just one of the two.
The apartment itself is very nice, with 3 rooms, a big entrance space, a fully furnished kitchen (with dishwasher), a small toilet with just the WC and a big bathroom (with shower, sink and WC). In the cellar we have a laundry room.
My two flatmates are very nice and open minded. Their names are Marc, from Germany, and Emma, from France.
My room is about 15mq. It is fully furnished, as you can see from the photos. I'm going to take with me the posters and the plants of course.
The apartment is situated in the Guntherstrasse, in the 15th district. It is a very chill area and you'll have access to many shops just in a couple minutes walk.
Directly under the house there is a Spar, and within 10 minutes you also have Hofer, Lidl, Penny and Etsan.
Directly under the house there is the stop of the tram 9, in 8 minutes walk you'll be at the Schweglerstrasse U3 station and in 15 minutes walk you'll have the Burggasse/Stadthalle U6 station.
I found the position extremely convient to move around the city and I'm moving out just because I'll go live with a friend of mine.
