All the bedrooms and the bathroom are situated on the lower level of the maisonette apartment which are on the top floors of the converted old building. The room is completely furnished, I will make some space for your belongings in the drawers and on the clothing rails so you can live comfortably. I am also happy to let you use my bed linen and towels if needed.

Shopping:
Hofer, Billa, Lidl, Spar, Penny Markt, dm, Bipa are all between 3-5 minutes away from the apartment.
Nasib shop across the park is open late and on Sundays, as well as Billa at Westbahnhof.

Public transport: The 9 and 49 tram stations are just a few meters from the house - so you can be in the 7th district in 5 minutes. The U3 Schweglerstraße is a 4-minute walk away, the U6 (Westbahnhof/Urban-Loritz Platz) is around 8 minutes away. You can get to the Volkstheater (U2) in just 11 minutes, and Stephansplatz (U1) in 17 minutes.

The nice thing about the 2-story shared apartment is that the shared rooms and the common area are perfectly divided. Downstairs you can be alone in peace and upstairs is great for when you are looking for company or want to invite people over with the option of the terrace.

You'll be living with my roommates Pia, Judith and Lina. Pia (24) from Hanover is studying psychology, dances ballet and often goes to the cinema. She cooks delicious food and reads a lot of dark literature. Judith and Lina are both 29 and Viennese. Judith studies Art Restoration and is pretty crafty, she likes her bikes and doesn't shy away from an adventure in the wild. Lina studied Medicine, however she isn't the typical med student, she prefers spending time doing sports and being creative with painting, diy projects and fashion. We consider each other friends and have created a home for us all here. We are not a shared flat where you do everything together, but we are not a shared flat for convenience either. If anyone should like to do something together, there is usually at least one of us open and happy to join. A relaxed atmosphere probably describes it best.
