Das Zimmer hat ca. 18m², ist südseitig und sehr hell (auch im Winter).
Es liegt im zweiten Stock der Wohnung, wo sich auch die Dachterrasse und ein Badezimmer nebenan befindet und es hat direkten Zugang zur Küche.
Im selben Stockwerk wohnt Ammar (38), der in der Brunnenpassage und im Dschungel-Theater arbeitet, gerne leckeres syrisches Essen kocht und ein soziales WG-Leben pflegt.
Deine anderen MitbewohnerInnen werden Doris, Simon und Max sein.
Doris (25) studiert Philosophie, verbringt gern Zeit in der Natur, mit anregenden Gesprächen und mit Freunden. Simon (26) studiert Master in Psychologie und Max (27) ist angehender Architekt, baut und bastelt gerne Sachen. Die beiden spielen auch öfter Jam Sessions.
Ich bin auf Erasmus im Zeitraum von 18.8. - 31.5.2019. Wegen der derzeitigen Situation ist mein Zwischenmieter aus Deutschland aber wieder zurückgekehrt, daher ist mein Zimmer absofort bis Ende Mai wieder frei.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert so wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 420€ mit allem drum und dran (Internet, Strom&Gas).
Außerdem gibt es eine riesige (ebenso zweistöckige) Dachterrasse, wobei der obere Teil dem Vermieter gehört und wir ihn mitbenutzen dürfen.

Your room has 18m² and is facing south so it is very bright all day, also in winter.
It is located on the 2nd floor of the flat where you have direct access to the kitchen and roof terrace as well as a bathroom next door.
On the same level there will be living Ammar, who is 37 years old and works in Dschungel theatre and Brunnenpassage, which is a meeting point for art and social activities. He likes cooking syrian food and living a social and happy WG-life.
Your other flatmates will be Doris (25), a philosophy student who enjoyes being in nature and inspiring conversations (with or without a glass of wine or beer ;-)). Simon (26), studies Master in Psychology and Max (27) is an ongoing architect who likes building and handicraft work. They both like to play music in connection with jam sessions.
I'm on Erasmus from 18. August 2019 until 31. May 2020. Due to the current situation my interim tenant from Germany went back home so now my room is free again from now on until the end of May.
The room will be fully furnished as you can see on the photos. If you have any own furniture you want to take with you let me know.
The rent is 420€ all inclusive like Internet (WLAN), electricity and gas.
Also there is a huge roof terrace extending on two floors where we have our private terrace on the first floor and our second terrace belongs to the lessor but he's very kind so we can use it anytime.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gemütlichen Grätzl direkt neben der Reindorfgasse (Pizzaria Mafiosi) und 3 Gehminuten vom Schwendermarkt entfernt.

Es gibt übrigens auch einen absperrbaren Fahrrad-Abstellraum.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Hofer, Billa, Spar, Bipa, Bio-Märkte (Schwendermarkt), Secondhandladen und diverse Geschäfte für Haushaltsgeräte sind gleich um die Ecke.
Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Reindorfgasse mit ihren netten Lokalen/Cafés/Galerien und zur äußeren sowie zur inneren Mariahilferstraße (wo es wirklich alles gibt was das Konsumherz begehrt) und zum Schwendermarkt mit leckerem Essen/frischen Bio-Gemüsemärkten und freundlichen Menschen wertet die Lage der Wohnung noch mal auf.
Außerdem gibt es zwei wirklich schöne, große und grüne Parks in Gehnähe: Auer-Welsbach-Park und Schönbrunner Schlosspark.

The flat is located in a very friendly and cozy place next to Reindorfgasse, a nice street with lots of small bars/restaurants (Pizzaria Mafiosi)/cafés/galeries and shops and close to Schwendermarkt where you can buy local organic food and vegetables in a very amicable market-like atmosphere.
You have lots of supermarkets (Hofer, Spar, Billa, Bipa) you can reach by foot in no longer than 5min.
Also there is the famous and huge shopping street Mariahilferstraße nearby where you can buy anything you need or want.
If you want to spend time in nature there are two beautiful big and green parks in the neighbourhood: Auer-Welsbach-Park and Schönbrunner Schlosspark.
Also we have a lockable room for bikes.

Die WG wurde im Jänner 2019 komplett neu gegründet und hat bisher viele liebe Menschen beherbergt. Der erste Sommer den wir gemeinsam auf dem Dach verbracht haben war supercool und wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten. Wir haben einen sehr netten Vermieter, der uns seine Terrasse ganz oben am Dach unter Berücksichtigung seiner Regeln mitbenutzen lässt und man kann hier und natürlich auch auf unserer eigenen Terrasse grillen, chillen, Freunde einladen, etc.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr unkompliziert - du wirst mit 4 sehr lieben kreativen unternehmungslustigen Personen zusammenwohnen, die interessiert an einem harmonischen und friedlichen Zusammenleben sind und hin und wieder gerne mal gemeinsam was trinken, essen, spielen, feiern, beisammen sitzen und plaudern, oder einfach nur das Leben genießen.
Alles weitere wirst du sowieso erfahren, wenn du mal persönlich vorbeikommst :-)

The WG was founded in January 2019, so last year was our first common summer and it was reeaally nice'n'sweet ;-)
We definitely enjoy spending time on the roof together and can't wait for the temperatures to rise. You can chill, barbecue and invite friends fabulously here. Our lessor is very open and friendly so we can use his terrace while respecting his rules without any problems.
We like to live our life in this WG very down-to-earth so you will live together with 4 very lovely, creative and active people who are interested in a harmonic and peaceful shared apartment situation and like to enjoy their time by eating, drinking, playing, partying, or just chatting with each other.
Anyway, you will get to know more and better about us and the flat/your room if you come visit!
