die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock (mit Aufzug), der Raum der zu vergeben ist hat 10 qm und ein Fenster mit Blick auf einen kleinen Garten und ein par Gebäude. Zusätzlich gibt es einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank im Flur mit 1-2 qm. Dazu kommen noch ne Tiefgarage für Autos, ein Fahrradraum im Haus und ein kleines Kellerabteil in dem man alles mögliche lagern könnte. Wir haben leider kein Wohnzimmer aber wir benutzen unsere Räume oder die Küche als Ort zum zusammenkommen. In meinem Zimmer ist auch ein Balkon den du mitbenutzen könntest :)
About the room,
the flat is located in the 3. floor (with elevator), the size of the room is about 10 sqm, and it has a window to the east where you can look at a small garden and some buildings. Furthermore the room has a wardrobe (1-2sqm) which is at the corridor. Theres also a room for the bikes inside the building, an underground garage for cars and a small private storage room in the basement. We don't have a living room but we use the balcony and our rooms as gathering places because they are a little bit bigger.
Die Wohnung ist im 15. Bezirk, 5 min zu Fuß von der Johnstraße (U3)entfernt. Von da kommt man mit der U3 in 10-15 min zum Stephansplatz, also in die Innenstadt für alle die neu in Wien sind :)
Es gibt auch ein par Busse und Straßenbahnen direkt in der Nähe, darunter zum Beispiel die 10A, mit der man in einer halben Stunde an der Boku ist. Ich glaube es gibt 4-5 Supermärkte die 5 min zu Fuß entfernt sind, darunter auch ein billiger Hofer! Sonst gibts noch ein Einkaufzentrum an der Johnstraße und so ziemlich alles was man braucht liegt in der Nähe.
Ach und Schönnbrunn kann in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichen :)
the flat is in the 15th district, 5 minutes walking away from Johnstraße (U3). From there you just need 10-15 minutes to Stephansplatz, which is directly in the center of Vienna. The 10A is also 5 minutes away around the corner. We have also 4-5 supermarkets which you can reach in less the 5 minutes walking. Besides you have almost everything you need around the corner, you can reach Schönbrunn in 5 minutes by bike.
Wir haben die WG erst im Oktober neugegründet und die Wohnung fast leer übernommen. Deswegen sind noch nicht viele Möbel da, aber wir kaufen Stück für Stück alles nötige. Wir würden dir natürlich auch helfen Möbel zu besorgen, manchmal haben wir sogar ein Auto ;) Dann haben wir auch noch eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sogar mit Spülmaschine! Und es gibt auch noch ne Waschmaschine mit Trockner Funktion.
Andrea, mein einziger jetziger toller Mitbewohni und ich kennen uns schon seit mehr als einem halben Jahr, und wir haben vorher schon in einem Wohnheim zusammen gelebt. Wir kochen eigentlich jeden Tag zusammen, machen Sport zusammen und gehen auch gerne zusammen aus. Eigentlich machen wir fast alles zusammen, trotzdem isses kein Problem wenn man sich mal in seinen eigenen Raum zurückzieht. Uns ist es wichtig das wir eine Person finden mit der wir auf einer Wellenlänge sind und die sich bei uns wohl fühlt :)
We founded the WG new in October and we overtook it almost empty, so we dont have a lot of furniture yet but we will buy everything necessary in the future. Of course we would help you as well if you want to transport some furniture, sometimes we even have a car ;) Btw we have a functional kitchen, also with a dishwasher and a washing machine in the bathroom.
Andrea, my only great flatmate yet, and me used to live in a students resident for half a year together. Basically we do everything together, we do sports together, cocking togehter, going out together etc, but at the same time we can have our privacy anytime if we want. One important thing for us is that we are on the same wavelenght with the third person and that she/he is feeling comfortable with us as well :)
