Zu vergeben ist ein unmöbliertes Zimmer in einer neu gebauten, hellen Dachgeschoß-Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung. Es ist ist hell und direkt von der Wohnküche aus begehbar. Man kann die Fenster öffnen und muss sich keine Sorge bezüglich Lärm machen. Das Zimmer ist annähernd quadratisch gut einzurichten, eine Seite weist eine Dachschräge auf.
Unsere gut ausgestattete Wohnküche (ca. 30 m², ganz neu) und die Dachterasse (ca. 30 m²) sind die Highlights der Wohnung. Letzteres ist perfekt geeignet für Besuche, Kaffeetrinken, Radlputzen oder Garteln. Zwei Badezimmer inkl. Toiletten (einmal mit Badewanne und einmal mit Dusche) bewirken, dass es morgens keinen Stau gibt.

An unfurnished room is available in a newly built, bright attic apartment with underfloor heating. It is bright and can be accessed directly from the kitchen-living room. You can open the windows and don't have to worry about noise. The room is almost square and can be furnished well, one side has a sloping roof.
Our well-equipped kitchen-living room (approx. 30 m², brand new) and the roof terrace (approx. 30 m²) are the highlights of the apartment. The latter is perfect for visitors, drinking coffee, cleaning bikes or gardening. Two bathrooms including toilets (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) ensure that there are no traffic jams in the morning.
Die Wohnung ist mit der U3 Ottakring, der 2er, 9er und der 44er Bim, sowie dem 10A Bus gut an die Öffis angeschlossen. Man ist also flott an der Uni, im Grünen und generell im Stadtzentrum und bei den Zügen.
In der Nähe gibt es sonst noch Supermärkte, Apotheken - alles, was man so im Alltag brauchen könnte.

The apartment is well connected to public transportation with the U3 Ottakring, tram lines 2, 9, and 44, as well as the 10A bus. This means you can quickly reach the university, green spaces, and generally the city center and train stations.
Nearby, there are also supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything else one might need in daily life.
Momentan leben Kerstin, David, Gloria und Samuel in der WG. David und Gloria ziehen Ende des Monats aus.
Wir zwei sind entspannte, berufstätige Leute. Samuel arbeitet in einer Schule im 3. Bezirk (Biologie und Geographie/Wirtschaftsbildung). Kerstin hat Architektur studiert und macht momentan ein Praktikum in Wien.
Arbeitsbedingt sind wir tagsüber meistens nicht zuhause. Für Leute, die im Homeoffice arbeiten oder einen anderen Lebensrhythmus haben ist damit die Wohnung zu der Zeit immer sehr ruhig und fast zur freien Verfügung. Auch an den Wochenenden und während der Schulferien sind wir häufig unterwegs. Unter der Woche geht es dafür abends nach der Arbeit beim Abendessen oder gemütlichen Knotzen auf der Couch geselliger zu. Gerne kochen und essen wir abends auch gemeinsam. Wir freuen uns auf Menschen, die sich einbringen und die WG mitgestalten wollen.

Kerstin, David, Gloria and Samuel currently live in the shared apartment. David and Gloria are moving out at the end of the month.
The two of us are quite relaxed, working people. Samuel works at a school in the 3rd district (biology and geography/business education). Kerstin studied architecture and is currently doing an internship in Vienna.
Due to work we are usually not at home during the day. For people who work from home or have a different rhythm of life, the apartment is always very quiet and almost at their disposal. We are also often out and about on weekends and during school holidays. During the week, however, things are more sociable in the evenings after work over dinner or a cozy chat on the couch. We also like to cook and eat together in the evenings. We are looking forward to welcoming people who want to get involved and help shape the shared apartment.
Unser Vertrag ist auf vier Jahre befristet (beginnend im März 2024). Am praktischsten wäre es, wenn sich jemand findet, die/der zumindest ein Jahr bei uns bei uns bleibt. Gerne kann die noch recht junge WG migestaltet werden. Es fehlt zB noch an Wandgestaltung oder der einen oder anderen Pflanze. Es gibt auch Platz für kreative Ideen auf der Dachterasse.

Our contract is limited to four years (starting March 1, 2024). It would be most practical if we could find someone who would stay with us for at least a year. The shared flat, which is still relatively new, can be redesigned. For example, it is still missing wall decoration or the odd plant. There's also space for creative ideas on the roof terrace.
