Frei eigentlich ab sofort. Die ganze Wohnung ist möbliert, sehr geräumig und hell.
Im Mietpreis ist alles inkludiert (auch WLAN). Die geräumige Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr etc. Auch Bügeleisen und Staubsauger sind vorhanden, die günstige Waschküche befindet sich im Haus. Modernes Bad und Toilette sind getrennt.

Hey there! I'm renting out a furnished room in a flatshare of three rooms. The flat has bath/toilet, a store room and of course a kitchen. There you'll find everything you need - coffee mashine, dishwasher, toaster,.... of course there's also an electric iron, a vacuum cleaner and even bedclothes - the flat ready to be moved in (price is all inclusive, also WIFI)! Supermarkets, drug stores and Fitness center are in the closest neighborhood and tram number 44 is just downstairs around the corner. It takes you to U6 Alser Straße in a few minutes or directly to Schottentor/University in 10 minutes.
Gleich ums Eck befindet sich die 44-er Station Frauengasse - Straßenlärm hört man allerdings nicht in die Wohnung. Mit der Straßenbahn erreicht man sehr schnell die U6 Alser Straße und natürlich direkt Schottentor, also Hauptuni in wenigen Minuten; die Linien 2 und 9 sind zwei Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Lidl und FitInn sind auch gegenüber, SPAR, BILLA und BIPA befinden sich in Gehweite.
In der Wohnung wohnt Ruzica, eine junge Architektin und gerade eingezogen ist Mathias, Student.
