Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, extra WC, einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische (inkl. Geschirrspüler).
Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen großen Balkon in Richtung Innenhof.
Grundsätzlich bleibt alles voll möbeliert, d.h. es stehen Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch, Regal alles zur Verfügung. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine goße Couch und sogar ein Klavier.
Das Highlight der Küche ist ein Kaffeevollautomat;)
Auch ein Drucker und ein Fernsehbildschirm (allerdings ohne Kabel bzw. Satanschluss) stehen im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung.
Der Elterleinplatz ist gleich um die Ecke, 2min zu fuß. Von dort aus hat man super Anbindung mit der 43er in Richtung Schottentor. Auch die U6 Station Alser Straße ist nr 2 Straßenbahnstationen bzw. ca. 10min zu fuß entfernt. Das AKH Wien ist in Gehweite (auch ca. 10-15min zu fuß).
Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin ist ebenfalls nicht in der Wohnung in diesem Zeitraum, es wird aber vorraussichtlich eine Freundin in ihr Zimmer einziehen, welche eine sehr angenehme Mitbewohnerin ist.
Wir pflegen normalerweise ein sehr gemeinschaftliches WG- Leben, das Wohnzimmer bietet sich ja auch dafür an, mit dem eigenen Zimmer hat man aber auch jederzeit seine Ruhe.
Ich liebe diese Wohnung, werde aber 3 Monate studienbedingt im Ausland verbringen, deshalb würde ich mich freuen, wenn sich in der Zeit jemand um sie kümmert. Preislich wird das Zimmer 500€ warm inkl. WLAN angeboten (da kommt nichts mehr dazu).
