Bei deinem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein geräumiges helles Zimmer, das zum Innenhof rausgeht. Man schaut auf Bäume und hört nichts von der Straße, höchstens mal die Nachbarn drüber oder nebenan. Im Innenhof gibt es auch einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der gerne Mal zu einer Grillparty einlädt.
Ich werde bis auf dem Kasten und den Schreibtisch wahrscheinlich das Meiste mitnehmen. Für Beides würde ich eine kleine Ablöse, um wieviel es sich genau handelt können wir noch bereden.
Big, bright room with a nice view from the window to the courtyard with a lot of trees and you can even hear the birds sing. It's very quiet though. The garden is accessible for everyone in the building.
I will leave my desk and wardrobe in the room, therefore a little compensation would be great. :-)

Der Türkenschanzpark ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Bipa, DM, Hofer, Penny, Billa, Denns, Textiliengeschäfte, Fastfood Läden und natürlich nicht zu vergessen der Kutschkermarkt mit seinen schönen Cafés sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreicht.
Hauptuni, Boku und AKH (MedUni) sind auch in 10 Minuten erreicht, die Innenstadt in 10-20 Minuten, je nachdem, wo es einen hinverschlägt und auch zur Donau dauert es nicht lang
The location of the apartment is pretty good. It takes you only 10 Minutes if you want to go to the Uni, to AKH, to the Türkenschanzpark or Sternwartepark.
You need 10-20 Minutes to the city center depending on where exactly you want to go and also to the Danube river.
You can reach the U6 and U2 within 5-10 Minutes.
There are a lot of shops and supermarkets around here and the Kutschkermarkt is quiet close where you have a lot of Cafés and nice things to buy.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner, Jakob, ist super unkompliziert und immer für Unternehmungen zu haben! Es wird auch gern gemeinsam gekocht und noch lieber gegessen. Kühlschrankkommunismus ist eine Möglichkeit, aber definitiv keine Pflicht ;-)
Wir haben keinen Putzplan, versuchen aber alles einigermaßen ordentlich zu halten. Wir sprechen uns da einfach ab.
Ansonsten lernst du ihn am besten einfach kennen :)
Your future roomate is going to be Jakob. He is always up to cooking sessions, going out or just to have a cosy evening at the flat. He is really uncomplicated. :-)
We don't have a plan for cleaning or something like that, but we try to keep everything more or less clean and tidy. For everything else, we should just get to know each other I guess :)
Der jetzige Mietvertrag würde nächstes Jahr auslaufen, aller Voraussicht wird Jakob mit seiner Freundin zusammen ziehen, das heißt, wenn du dich wohl fühlst, kannst du den Vertrag sicher verlängern. Der Vermieter mag es unkompliziert und würde sich sicher darüber freuen.
Für alles weitere bleibt dann Zeit bei einem Gespräch.

By the way our contract will end next year and so far Jakob won't extend it, thus if you feel comfortable there, you can easily make a new contract with the landlord. He is really chill and just wants it uncomplicated, hence it won't be a problem at all.
