Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist aber ca. 1 m vom Boden entfernt, mit kleiner Treppe.

Mein Name ist Deyan, 25, ursprünglich aus Bulgarien und ich lebe seit mittlerweile 6 Jahren in Wien. Ich arbeite gerade als Media-Analyst (Home-Office) und habe meinen Bachelor in Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaft an der Uni Wien abgeschlossen.
Wenn ich nicht arbeite, gehe ich spazieren, schaue mir irgendwelche Serien an, oder treffe mich mit FreundInnen. Ich reise gern und gehe oft zurück nach Hause, so hättest du auch häufig Momente, wo du dich alleine in der Wohnung befindest.
Ich habe in der Wohnung zusammen mit einem Freund für 1 Jahr gewohnt. Er zieht gerade mit seiner Freundin um, deshalb suche ich einen/eine neue MitbewohnerIn. Ich habe immer das unkomplizierte und harmonische Zusammenleben geschätzt und bin selbst ein ruhiger und verständnisvoller Mensch. Die WG ist ein angenehmer Ort, wo auch natürlich Gäste gerne willkomen sind.
Die Vermieterin ist eine wirklich nette Dame, der das gesamte Gebäude gehört. Immer ansprechbar und unkompliziert.

About me (your future roommate):
My name is Deyan, 25, originally from Bulgaria and I have been living in Vienna for 6 years now. I am currently working as a media analyst (home office) and have completed my bachelor's degree in media and communication studies at the University of Vienna.
When I'm not working, I go for a walk, watch some series, or meet up with friends. I like to travel and often go back home, so you often would have moments where you find yourself alone in the apartment.
I lived in the apartment with a friend for 1 year now. He's currently moving with his girlfriend, so I'm looking for a new roommate. I have always appreciated the uncomplicated and harmonious living together and am a very calm and understanding person myself. The WG is a pleasant place, where you are also welcome to invite a guest of course.
The landlord is a really nice lady that owns the whole building. Always responsive and uncomplicated.

450€ für die Möbel in dem Zimmer + Gemeinschaftsmöbel/geräte
135 Wartungskosten für die Therme/Gasheizung (Pflicht vom Vermieter, Preis für die nächsten 2 Jahren)
* Kleiderschrank und Spiegel sind nicht mehr im Zimmer vorhanden, sowie der Trockner und der Fernseher (keine GIS-Gebühren).
