Hallo, mein Name ist Emma und ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in :)
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad/Eingangsbereich. Sie ist sehr klein und entspricht ihrem Preis. Die Lage ist jedoch echt super: 1min Entfernung zur U6 (Jägerstraße) und ca 8min zur U4 (Spittelau). Zu Fuß in unter 5min erreichbar sind ein Lidl, ein Penny und ein Billa.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin 21 Jahre alt und komme aus Südtirol. Momentan arbeite ich aber nächstes Jahr möchte ich mein Studium fortsetzen. Ich wohne in dieser Wohnung seit November 2023 und mag es gerne ordentlich.
WICHTIG: Das Klo befindet sich nicht in der Wohnung sondern im Treppenhaus (jede Wohnung hat aber ein eigenes Klo zugeteilt) und wenn man in die Wohnung reingeht steht man direkt schon im "Bad", welches aus einer kleinen Dusche, einer Waschmaschine und einem Waschbecken besteht. Auch ist alles eher alt, vor allem in der Küche jedoch habe ich das Beste draus gemacht.
