Die 64m² große Wohnung ist hell (4. Stock ohne Lift) und liegt sehr zentral (U6, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn 2 in unmittelbarer Reichweite). Im näheren Umkreis gibt es zahlreiche Nahversorgungsmöglichkeiten wie Hofer, Billa und Merkur. Zum Schwimmen, Joggen, Skaten usw. ist die Donauinsel nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14m² groß, mit 2 neuen großen Fenstern und Parkettboden. Im Zimmer gibt's ein Schreibtisch, ein Bürosessel und ein ausziehbares Sofa. Die Möbel ist kaum benutzt.
Vor deinem Zimmer gibt es einen eigenen Kleiderschrank (B/H/T: 1,80/2,00/0,65) für dich.
Es ist auch noch Platz für eigene Möbel oder Regale im Wohnbereich.
Zimmer frei ab 01. August !

Ich bin 37 jähriger österreichischer Staatsbürger und arbeite im Finanzbereich, ursprünglich aus der Ukraine und wohne seit 13 Jahren in Wien.
Ich mache gern etwas mit meinem WG-Mitbewohner, schätze aber auch die Ruhe am Abend sehr.
Sicherlich kann man den Einen oder Anderen Kochabend mit einem Wein verbringen, aber alles kein Muss.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sollten in einem angemessenen Rahmen gegeben sein.
Mehr will ich gar nicht schreiben, denn Du lernst mich am allerbesten im realen Leben kennen.

Roommate wanted for 2er WG
The 64m² apartment is bright (4th floor without lift) and is very centrally located (U6, S-Bahn, tram 2 within easy reach). In the immediate vicinity there are numerous local amenities such as Hofer, Billa and Merkur. For swimming, jogging, skating, etc., the Danube Island is only 5 minutes away.
The room is about 14m² in size, with 2 new big windows and parquet floor. There is a desk, an armchair and a pull-out sofa in the room. The furniture is hardly used.
In front of your room there is a separate wardrobe (B / H / D: 1,80 / 2,00 / 0,65) for you.
There is also room for your own furniture or shelves in the living area.
Room free from 01. August !
Rent includes electricity, gas and internet.

I like to do something with my flatmate, but also appreciate the peace in the evening.
Surely you can spend one or the other cooking evening with a wine, but not a must.
