Hallo, unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht gerade aus und nun ist ein kleines aber feines Zimmer ab Juli frei. Große Wohnküche und großer Balkon zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Mietdauer flexibel, bevorzugt mindestens 3 Monate.
Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert übernommen werden, Kleiderschrank und Bett sind vorhanden, können aber auch verräumt werden. Die Küche hat eine Grundausstattung, Keller und Fahrradraum gibt es auch.
Die Anbindung an Öffis ist super: mit u6, s-Bahn, 2er Tram geht es in alle Richtungen, Donau, Prater und Augarten sind nicht weit.

Hello, our roommate is moving on and her small fine room is available as of July. Duration of stay is flexible, preferred minimum 3 month. A living kitchen and big balcony are for shared use, there is storage in basement and a bike room.
The room has a wardrobe and a bed, but feel free to bring your own stuff.
Connection ihr public transport U6, s-Bahn and tram 2/31 is very convenient, Danube Prater or Augarten are also close, if you need some green.

Wir arbeiten tagsüber, abends und am Wochenende sind wir meist zuhause.
Es ist generell eher ruhig und keine Party-WG, aber wenn es mal einen Anlass zu feiern gibt überhaupt kein Problem. Auch die Haus Dachterasse lädt zu einem gemütlichen Getränk mit Blick auf Wien ein.
Generell ist die Wohnung eher sauber und daher wäre es wünschenswert wenn man seine Sachen selbstverständlich wegräumt. Ein Putzplan war bisher nicht nötig.
