Hello everyone,
I'm looking for someone take over my room as soon as possible because of family reasons.
There are two windows which comes in handy for airing out in sommer. New floors habe been put in 3 months ago and I've also painted the walls then.

It is a 10 min drive with the bus to the U2 Seestadt, 3 min walk to the station of 26a,88a and b. Its 30 mins with the ubahn to Praterstern for example.
All in all, its perfect for everyone who wants too live in the nature :the aspern woods and the Lobau are really close..
The house is newly built and has a big garden perfect for barbecue and gardening.
It is a half zweck wg, when we have time we hangout together but it's hard for 7 people to find time when we're all free for that. There is a putzplan that everyone follows. There are two bathrooms, two washers and dryers, a dish washer and two fridges. There are a lot of board games and playing consoles that you can ask to use. During the week it's quiet but on weekends there are usually gatherings and sometime parties.The languages in the wg are English, German and persish..
The Miete is 360€ all included, and there is a Kaution of 1080€ to pay to the owner. The Ablöse for my furniture is 350€ bud we can talk about the price, maybe I can take some furniture with me too, depends on your needs.
Animals like fish and such are allowed without asking the owner but dogs could also be allowed.. Hopefully this will be your room soon, if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me 😊.
