The house is located directly on the Marchfeld, with a view into the fields from the garden. We are a 10-minute walk from the Gerasdorf S-Bahn station. The house is located on the railway road, it is the extension of the Elfingerweg, 300 m from the city border. By S-Bahn you are from the station Gerasdorf (here is still the Öfft ticket of the core zone Vienna) in 5 minutes at the station Leopoldau (change to U1) and in 10 minutes at the station Floridsdorf (U6). It takes 20 minutes to reach the Praterstern and 24 minutes to Vienna Mitte. Shopping facilities such as Scar, Hofer, Ströck (with Cafe) Post and Pharmacy are 5 minutes' walk away. You can reach the beautiful Gerasdorfer bathing pond and the near recovery area of Marchfeldkanal in 10 minutes by bike.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Marchfeld, also mit freiem Blick in die Felder vom Garten aus. Wir wohnen 10 Gehminuten von der S-Bahnstation Gerasdorf entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich in der Bahnstraße, sie ist die Verlängerung des Elfingerwegs, 300 m von der Stadtgrenze entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn bist du von der Station Gerasdorf (hier gilt noch das Öffi-Ticket der Kernzone Wien) in 5 Minuten in der Station Leopoldau (Umstieg zur U1) und in 10 Minuten beim Bahnhof Floridsdorf (U6). 20 Minuten dauert es bis zum Praterstern und 24 Minuten bis Wien Mitte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Spar, Hofer, Ströck (mit Cafe) Post und Apotheke sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Den wunderschönen Gerasdorfer Badeteich und das Naherholungsgebiet Marchfeldkanal erreichst du in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

Life in our community is rather quiet, with occasional parties and events taking place. Nevertheless, everyone has a retreat area and we respect our privacy. Therefore, we usually inform ourselves in advance if we expect to visit.
We live here for the sixth time. We are: Leni (40), a visual artist who organized this place after creating art and living in community, takes inspiration and fresh impulses on trips to the Marchfeld and also likes to laugh. Thomas (35), who works in the Personal Assistance. Lukas (53), musician and theatre teacher, loves to cook passionately and Maria (55), she commutes to Mistelbach as an artist, takes care of the garden lovingly and continuously, builds herbs and dries them, likes to go to yoga in the local yoga studio, likes to go for a walk and enjoy the help in the garden. She also likes to cook and often. Gisela (43), has a patchwork family, is very much in nature and appreciates the garden. She lives in a private apartment in the building.
Leni, Thomas and Lukas run a cultural club with two people from outside. The exhibitions and cultural events in the area of music, theatre, puppet and nature perception are organized and organized as well as a game mobile for children. These events usually take place outside the house and the property. We are, however, pleased about the interest, and also about the potential for one-off and participation. This is not a condition at all, but a possibility.
So if you have the desire to get to know us and to imagine a common life of the WG with regular Plena, in which also feelings may have place, and you are looking forward to occasional activities (without having to like it right now!: -) and above all love a large garden and want to live with us for longer, we would also be happy to hear from you!

Das Leben in unserer Gemeinschaft verläuft eher ruhig, wobei auch gelegentliche Feste und Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Trotzdem hat jeder seinen Rückzugsbereich und wir respektieren unsere Privatsphäre. Deshalb informieren wir uns in der Regel auch wenn möglich im Voraus, wenn wir Besuch erwarten.
Wir leben hier im Augenblick zu sechst. Wir, das sind: Leni (40), bildende Künstlerin, die diesen Ort nach zum Kunstschaffen und Wohnen in Gemeinschaft organisiert hat, sich Inspirationen und frische Impulse bei Ausflügen ins Marchfeld holt und auch gerne lacht. Thomas (35), der in der Persönlichen Assistenz arbeitet. Lukas (53), Musiker und Theaterpädagoge, kocht leidenschaftlich gern und Maria (55), sie pendelt als Kunsterzieherin nach Mistelbach, kümmert sich liebevoll und ausdauernd um den Garten, baut Kräuter an und trocknet sie, geht gerne zum Yoga im örtlichen Yogastudio, geht gerne spazieren und freut sich über Mithilfe im Garten. Außerdem kocht sie gerne und oft. Gisela (43), hat eine Patchworkfamilie, ist gerne in der Natur und schätzt den Garten sehr. Sie wohnt in einer Einliegerwohnung im Anbau.
Leni, Thomas und Lukas betreiben mit zwei Leuten von außerhalb einen Kulturverein. Der Ausstellungen und Kulturveranstaltungen im Bereich Musik, Theater, Puppenspiel und Naturwahrnehmung veranstaltet und organisiert sowie ein Spielmobile für Kinder betreibt. Diese Veranstaltungen finden meistens außerhalb des Hauses und des Grundstückes statt. Wir freuen uns aber über Interesse und auch eventuellen Einstig und Mitwirken. Das ist aber überhaupt keine Bedingung sondern nur eine Möglichkeit.
Also, falls du Lust bekommen hast, uns kennenzulernen und dir ein gemeinsames WG-Leben mit regelmäßigen Plena, in denen auch Gefühle Platz haben dürfen, vorstellen kannst und du dich auf gelegentliche Unternehmungen freust, (ohne Muss wie's gerade passt! :-) und vor allem einen großen Garten liebst und länger mit uns zusammen wohnen möchtest, würden auch wir uns freuen, von dir zu hören!

Die Bahnstraße ist die Verlängerung des Elfingerwegs der sich noch in Wien befindet.
Das Haus ist somit 300 m von der Stadtgrenze entfernt und befindet gerade schon in Niederösterreich.
