The room is quite small, 9 m2, but quiet as on the courtyard side. It has nice lightning too. I currently have two mattresses that make a double bed 2m/2m but can also be superimposed to make a single bed. I can leave it for 20€. There's also a small shelf that will stay in the room. You can use space in the shelf in the entrance hallway to put your thing as well.
The flat is situated in the 9th district, near Währinger Strasse U6 subway station. You have also plenty other connections with buses, trams (5,37,38,40,41,42 for the ones that i know). Very well connected. You're 10 min and 3 tram stops away from the city center. And the 9th district is a very nice place to live, many student bars & cafés, restaurants, it's pretty green, pretty easy to get to nice place to chill at like parks (Potzleinsdorfer, Türkenschanz), the Donau Kanal, ... Even though the flat is situated nearby the Gürtel, the street is very calm.
I'm leaving and letting you my room for the summer so you'll be living with my roommate Alice, who is 21 yo and studies art history. She's a very funny and nice girl, you won't be bored with her. We always find an excuse to open a bottle of wine and share stories. Even though you'll be staying only over the summer, we hope to find someone who can connect and be not only a roommate but a friend. Your second roommate is Chris, 20, studying economics/marketing (or something like that lol). He's also very friendly and a very nice and sweet guy. We're very clean so we hope to find someone that respects our standards as well. Life in the flat is pretty chill, we cook together sometimes, catching up on each other's life and sometime go out together. We have a jar where we put money on a regular basis for common spendings.
The caution is 1500e. I know it's a lot but you'll get everything at the end of your stay of course. We can still discuss it to find an arrangement. The room is available on the 1st but you can move in a bit sooner (29th or 30th) cause I'll be already out of the flat (no extra charges) .
