Das Zimmer hat 24 Quadratmeter. 2 große Fenster machen das Zimmer hell und einladend. Die Decke hat eine wunderschöne Stuck-Verzierung und ist gemäß traditioneller, alter Wiener Bauweise etwa 4 Meter hoch. Kein Durchgangszimmer!
Das Zimmer ist derzeit möbliert (Bett, Couch, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch), kann aber auch sehr gerne, je nach Absprache, unmöbliert übergeben werden.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. April 2019 unbefristet verfügbar. Bitte nur melden, wenn das Zimmer unbefristet übernommen werden kann. Du wirst als neuer Mitbewohner direkt in den Mietvertrag einsteigen, also es wird sich hierbei um keinen Untermietvertrag mit "versteckten" Kosten handeln ;-)

The room has 24 square meters. 2 large windows make the room bright and inviting. The ceiling has a beautiful stucco decoration and is about 4 meters high according to traditional, old Viennese architecture. No passage room!
The room is currently furnished (bed, couch, wardrobe and desk), but can also be handed over unfurnished, depending on our agreement.
The room is available for an unlimited period from 1 April 2019. Please only contact me if the room can be rented long-term. You will enter into the lease agreement directly as a new roommate, so it will not be a sublease with "hidden" costs ;-)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in wunderbar zentraler Lage im 8. Bezirk. Wien's Innenstadt kann zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht werden. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung befindet sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Bus, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn (U2 Rathaus) kann innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ein kleiner Park befindet sich gleich nebenan, in dem man Volleyball, Basketball spielen kann oder einfach nur mit einem Buch in der Sonne chillen kann.

The apartment is in a wonderful central location in the 8th district. Vienna's city centre can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In direct proximity to the apartment are many shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. Bus, tram and underground (U2 Rathaus) can be reached on foot within a few minutes. There is a small park right next door, where you can play volleyball, basketball or just chill out in the sun with a book.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Matthias (34) und Philip (26) sein.
Matthias komm ursprünglich aus der Nähe Stuttgarts und ist fürs Medizinstudium ins schöne Wien gezogen. Er ist oft an den Wochenenden in München, dafür unter der Woche für alle möglichen WG-Späße zu haben. Er ist unser WG-Apotheker und steht dir immer mit Rat und Tat beiseite, wenns mal wo weh tut.
Philip ist Deutsch-Brasilianer und immer für gemeinsames Kochen oder ein Gläschen Wein zu haben. Als Consultant sitzt er unter der Woche oft mal bis 11Uhr Abends im Office aber ist dafür umso aktiver an den Wochenenden.
Die WG ist definitiv keine reine Zweck-WG und wir würden uns wünschen, dass auch der neue Mitbewohner bzw. die neue Mitbewohnerin das so sieht.

Your roommates will be Matthias (34) and Philip (26).
Matthias originally comes from near Stuttgart and moved to beautiful Vienna to study medicine. He is often in Munich on weekends, but when he is in Vienna he is open for any activities. He is our apartment pharmacist and is always there for you with help and advice.
Philip is German-Brazilian and always open for cooking together or a glass of wine. As a consultant he often stays in the office until 11am during the week but is all the more active on the weekends.
The flat is definitely not a pure purpose apartment-sharing and we would like the new roommate to see it the same way.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit Esstisch. Die WG ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, WLAN, TV-Anschlüssen, einem großen Bad mit Klo und noch einer separaten Toilette.
Das Inserat richtet sich nur an Leute, die langfristig nach Wien ziehen wollen. Solltest du neu in Wien sein, eignet sich die Lage ideal um neue Plätze, Bars und Cafes zu entdecken. Ich selbst habe über 6 Jahre lang in dieser Wohnung gelebt und hätte mir keine bessere Lage vorstellen können.

The apartment has a large kitchen with dining table. The flat is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, WLAN, TV connections, a large bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.
The ad is only aimed at people who want to move to Vienna in the long term. If you are new to Vienna, the location is ideal for discovering new places, bars and cafes. I myself have lived in this apartment for over 6 years and couldn't have imagined a better location.
