Hello,
My current flat mate is doing an internship in Italy, therefor the room is available during the summer months, July until September.
The bedroom is equipped with a bed, closet, dresser and night table. All of the furniture can be used without any extra fees.
Further, the apartment, which has about 80m2, has a dishwasher, laundry machine (with dryer function), microwave, fridge (and freezer), stove and oven. WiFi is included in the price.
There is a large living room with a desk that you can use; the kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and there is even a dining room. Because there are large windows on both sides of the apartment (street- and court side) it is very bright. Oh, and there is no TV, but lots of books.
The apartment itself is situated in a very quiet neighborhood (St. Marx in 1030), but there are enough transportation possibilities to easily reach the city center. Grocery shopping possibilities (Billa and Merkur)
in less than five minutes by foot.
My name is Lorenz, I’m originally from Tirol and a graphic designer. I am a calm person. I’m easy to get along with, tidy and I like to be helpful. I like art and enjoy visiting museums and various exhibitions. I read a lot, go to movies and I also need some sport to feel happy. I speak German and English fluently.
The price per month is 290 Euros. And I believe for what the apartment has to offer, it will be hard to find a better deal. If there is anything else you would like to know, don't hesitate to ask.
