Hallo liebe leute, ich suche ab 15. jänner 2019 einen nachmieter für mein zimmer in der wiedner haupstraße im 5. gemeindebezirk.
Die wohnung liegt im 2. stock mit lift, billa is genau gegenüber und dm u; diverse andere einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich alle in 5min fussweg.
Meine zwei mitbewohner sind sehr aufgeschlossen junge leute, die auch gern abends mal ein bier trinken, grundsätzlich hat aber jeder auch seine ruhe wenn er sie braucht.
Grosse küche zum beisammensitzen ist vorhanden, und es darf geraucht werden ;)
Das zimmer das zur untermiete steht, ist ca 16qm groß und geht auf die hofseite, also gibts keinerlei lärmbelästigung von der wiedner haupstraße :)
Bei fragen gerne jederzeit mich kontaktieren, wenn ich nicht gleich abhebe ruf ich sobald als möglich retour :)
