Zu vermieten ist ein feines, 20m2 großes Zimmer, komplett möbiliert. Da die Wohnung im Neubauhof liegt, bekommt man vom Trubel auf der Neubaugasse herzlich wenig mit und wohnt komplett ruhig.
Das Zimmer, sowie die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Plattenspieler und Kochgerätschaften im Überfluss. Neben der geräumigen Küche gibt es noch ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hof, auf der Neubaugasse, womit du mitten im Szenebezirk lokalisiert bist. Sämtliche Cafes, Bars und Geschäfte sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Außerdem sind die Linien 13A, 48A, 46er & 49er Tram in unter 5 Minuten und U2 & U3 in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Deine beiden Roomies sind zwei herzliche Wesen, mit denen man schnell warm wird. Petter (24 aus Norwegen) und Lisa (24 aus Köln) sind abseits vom Studium (IBWL im Master & Medizin) viel unterwegs und für jede Schandtat zu haben sind.
Es wäre auch möglich das Zimmer ein paar Tage früher zu beziehen, da ich ab Ende Februar in Kolumbien bin.
