my one of my current flates mate are moving out at the end of February and the end of April. So I'm currently looking for two new flat mates. One from the beginning of March, the other from the beginning of April.
I'm living in a beautiful and bright apartment in Ottakring, near Brunnenmarkt. The room, which will be free from end of April has 10qm. One of my former flat mates would like to sell her bed. That might be an option for you, if you can't/don't want to bring your bed.
The flat has a pretty living room / kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilette and a hallway. The house has an extra room for bikes. The rent is 411 €, including everything – water, electricity, insurance, internet. The deposit is about 974 €.
The living area is great. You have access to a huge range of public transportation: U6, 2, 44, 46, 33, 5 and a city bike station. Living next to the market is awesome – there is the Brunnenmarkt, which is open from Monday – Saturday and the Yppenmarkt open on Saturday with a lot of local farmers. In addition to that there are also regular supermarkets like Hofer, Penny, Spar, bakeries, drug stores, etc. There are also have a lot of really nice pubs and ,,Lokale’’ close by, espacially on Yppenplatz and obviously the ,,Gürtel’’ with even more places for going out. There are also some cultural institutions nearby, like Brunnenpassage, Theater in der Josefstadt, etc. Within twenty minutes you can also reach to the danube island, parks and public pools.
That's me, Cristina: I'm working as a tour guide in Vienna, 30 years old. I do like to cook, one free days I enjoy hiking or visiting a museum. I'm looking for room mates who are respectful, responsible and friendly. I'm looking for people, with whom we can appreciate each other’s company and like to chat at the end of a day. But also, absolutely respect ones need for privacy and quiet/alone time. ;)
