Da mein Mitbewohner dieses Semester im Ausland ist, vermieten wir für den Zeitraum von Ende Oktober / Anfang November bis Ende Dezember/Jänner/Februar (Zeitraum ist flexibel) sein Schlafzimmer in einer 2er WG. Es handelt sich um ein ca. 20 qm großes Zimmer in einer sanierten Altbau Wohnung im Zentrum Wiens. Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert (140cm Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch etc.) vermietet.
Die Möbel sind relativ neu, daher gibt es eine Kaution iHv 500€.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem weiteren Schlafzimmer, einer modernen Küche mit Essplatz, einem saniertem Bad und einem getrennten WC.

Because my roommate is currently studying abroad, we‘re subleasing his room in a two bedroom apartment from end of October / beginning of November to end of December/January/February (dates are flexible). The room is about 20 sqm and is part of a beautiful, renovated, typical Viennese apartment in the heart of Vienna. The room is fully furnished (big bed, large closet, desk etc.).
The furniture is relatively new so there is a security deposit of 500€.
The apartment has another bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Die U-Bahn Station Rochusgasse (U3) ist 150m entfernt. Der Bahnhof Wien Mitte (U3, U4) ist zu Fuß in ca. 13 Minuten erreichbar. Der Donaukanal, Prater, die Innenstadt als auch das Schloss Belvedere sind fußläufig alle in maximal 25 Minuten erreichbar. Sämtliche Universitäten (Uni Wien, WU, TU) sind ebenso in ca. 15 - 25 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
The location of the apartment is perfect. The nearest underground station (U3 Rochusgasse) is 150m from the apartment. The train & underground station Wien Mitte (U3, U4), Danube channel, Belvedere castle, Stephansplatz, Prater and other attractions in the city are all easily reachable within max. 30 minutes both by foot and public transportation. All main universities (University of Vienna, WU, TU) are also reachable within max. half an hour by public transportation.
Über mich: ich bin 23 Jahre alt, studiere Wirtschaftspsychologie im Master an der Uni Wien und arbeite nebenbei auch im Home Office. Ich mache gerne Sport, gehe auch mal gerne aus oder treffe mich mit Freunden, bin Abends aber auch immer wieder gerne einfach nur entspannt zu Hause. Ich würde mich natürlich auch freuen, gemeinsam zu kochen etc. aber Privatsphäre und Ruhe sind mir auch wichtig. Somit ist das WG Leben relativ ruhig, entspannt und ungezwungen. Die Wohnung wird sehr sauber gehalten, somit wäre Sauberkeit auch bei dir erwünscht. :)
About me: I‘m a 23 year old Master‘s student who also works from home a lot during the week. I like going out and meeting friends but also appreciate quiet nights in at home. I‘d love to spend time together with you as well but also like respecting each other‘s privacy and being respectful of each other in terms of loudness & cleanliness. Overall though, I’m rather easy-going and calm. :)
