Hi,mein großes helles WG-Zimmer sucht eine/n Zwischenmieter/in! :)
Ich bin für ein Semester in Kopenhagen Architektur-Auslandssemester und deine netten Mitbewohner wären Marina (30), Biotechnological Engineering/Arbeitend, Lukas (22) Architektur/Student und eine noch nicht ganz fixierte Nachmieterin von Franzis Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und du wirst genug Platz finden um deine Habseligkeiten unterzubringen.
Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei.
Das Zimmer liegt an der ruhigen Wohnstraße mit Bäumen vor dem Fenster, und der Alois-Draschke-Park ist gleich ums Eck. Die und Wohnung ist mit Nah-und Fernverkehr super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof, U1, 13A, 1, 62. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa 1min entf.; Spar, Hofer, Denn's, BIPA, dm, etc. in angenehmer Gehentfernung.
Das WG-Leben ist (momentan) ruhiger und entspannt, ab und zu wird mal gemeinsam gekocht, ausgegangen, Baden gegangen etc. je nachdem wie sich Zeit findet und man hat auch immer ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen.
Wir haben eine relaxten aber geltenden Putzplan, es wird darauf geachtet das sich jeder mit der Sauberkeit wohl fühlt ohne pingelig zu sein. Communication is key, dann lässt es sich gut gemeinsam leben :)
Hi! My big (23m2) bright room in shared flat with 3 more tenants would be free for one semester, good connected and fully furnished!
I'm away for my architecture Erasmus semester in Copenhagen until the end of January/Febuary and this nice room would bei yours in the meantime. It's fully furnished as you can see on the pictures and you would find enough space to store all your stuff.
It's clean and everthing ist working in the flat as it should.
Your flat mates would be Marina (30), alreaday working, Lukas (22) studying Architecture, and one more new not yet confirmed probably female Student.
Plenty of different grocery shopping options, very good connection with the main train station close to us for long distance travelling, and very good local public transport options (U1, 13A, 1, 62).
We enjoy a respectful way of living together, communication is key that everyone feels comfortable in the flat :)
