I'm renting 2-3 rooms in my sunny flat to 2-3 serious and quiet persons. It's really quiet and roomy in my flat. From the balcony you can see the green, quiet community garden.
You have to use the noble kitchen, bathroom, toilet, anteroom.

ROOM 2 (FREE from 1 February): 17 sqm, single bed, big wardrobe, 550 warm per month

Kitchen: noble kitchen lots with kitchen facilities (blender, food processor) to use

Proof of identity and proof of salary is required and 900 Euros deposit. Payment of the rent in advance till 5th of the month.

I rent 2-3 rooms in my apartment to 2-3 serious, quiet people.
It is really quiet and spacious in my apartment. From the balcony you can see the green, quiet communal garden.
You can use the noble kitchen, bathroom, toilet, anteroom.

17 sqm, single bed, 1.40 mattress, a table/write table and 2 armchairs, a very large wardrobe, 550 Euro warm per month

The kitchen and the pre-room are also large. You have not only one room you rent, but you can also use other areas.

Cuisine: classy kitchen with many kitchen appliances (such as brush, crusher) for use
Bathroom: with bathtub and 7 kg washing machine.

Very nice, quiet area with many parks. 25 min. to Westbahnhof and 25 min. to Main Station, 35 min. to Vienna Mitte.

The flat is located in the outskirts of the city in a very green area with lots of parks; 25 minutes to the city centre with public transport and 15 minutes walk to the wood (Maurer Wald), 5 minutes to Liesingbachradweg.
Next bus stop from 66A is one minute to the flat and small supermarket two minutes, shopping centre in 5 minutes and 5 minutes to the train station Liesing, which goes to the city centre in 20 minutes. Small and bigger parks in 1-4 minutes.

The apartment is located on the outskirts in a very green area with many parks; By public transport it is 25 minutes to the centre and 15 minutes walk to the Maurer Wald, 5 minutes to the Liesinbachradweg.
The bus stop from 66A can be reached in one minute and a small local provider in 2 minutes, shopping center in 5 minutes as well as the Liesing fast-track station, which will take you to the centre in 20 minutes. Smaller and larger parks can be reached in 1-4 minutes.

I live in some rooms, but I am a lot of professional traveling and traveling, so I rent 2 rooms in my apartment and also partly my room. I currently rent my room for one year or half a year, with option for extension.

It is often a coming and going because many people rent short term and I am often gone.
