Hi,
I am leaving my room on 6th July so i am looking for someone who is interested in the room.
The flat has 7 rooms so you gonna share with 6 more other guys who are nice and friendly.
The flat is quiet and clean so everyone need to clean after themself and leave no mess around, there is also wekly cleaning plan.
There are 2 toilets and 2 bathroom( bath & shower).
The room has table, chair, bed, and closet.
U3 SIMMERING station in 12-14 min walk from home, strasse ban 71 and 11 in 10 min also more buses around from 3 to 10 min walk from home so the connections to everywhere is easy.
Billa, in 4 min, hofer, penny, spar, bipa, and alot of shops plus a shopping mall are just there in 10 to 15 min walk.
The rent is 330 including energy and internet and 660 for deposit, no more extra costs which is quite a great deal!
