Das Zimmer selbst hat etwa 21 m². Der Altbaucharme kommt mit den 4m hohen Decken und dem großen Kastenfenster durch. Das zu vermieten ist das größte in der Wohnung. Das große Kastenfenster schaut auf eine Nebenstraße der Neubaugasse, deswegen kaum Autos vorbeifahren.
Im Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Ausgestattet ist es mit einem 180er Doppelbett inkl Laden für Stauraum, einer ausziehbare Schlafcouch, einem E-Piano, einem Regal und einem Kleiderschrank.
Das Bad und die Toilette sind zwei getrennte Räume. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben alles was du dir wünschen könntest. Geschirrspüler, Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, KitchenAid, etc.
The room itself is approximately 21 m². The charm of the old building is evident with its 4-meter-high ceilings and large casement window. The room for rent is the largest in the apartment. The large casement window faces a side street off Neubaugasse, so there is hardly any traffic passing by.
The room is rented furnished. It is equipped with a 180 cm double bed with storage drawers, a pull-out sofa bed, an electric piano, a shelf, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom and toilet are two separate rooms. The bathroom also has a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped—we have everything you could wish for, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, KitchenAid, and more.
The location of the apartment is super practical! Within 4 minutes the Ubahn Station U3 Neubaugasse can be reached and the 13A bus as well as the 49 tram ride directly in front of the front door. Directly opposite is a savings where we can do all our purchases. Mariahilfer Strasse (big Viennese shopping street) is also only 3 minutes walk away, so everything you need is within walking distance. There is nothing missing from cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs, parks etc.
The apartment's location is super convenient! The U3 Neubaugasse subway station is just a 4-minute walk away, and the 13A bus as well as the 49 tram stop right outside the front door. Directly across the street, there's a Spar supermarket where we can do all our shopping.
Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna's major shopping street, is only a 3-minute walk away, making everything you need easily accessible on foot. There’s no shortage of cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs, parks, and more in the area!
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Wir sind 3 Freundinnen die alle unterschiedliche Arbeits- und Unizeiten haben. Warum es meistens nur zufällig hin und wieder passiert, dass gemeinsam gekocht, etc wird.
Viki studiert Englisch und Sport auf Lehramt und arbeitet nebenher als Nachhilfelehrerin und Hanna studiert I-BWL im Master und arbeitet nebenher als Eventplannerin bei einer großen Firma. Wir sind alle sehr beschäftigt, was heißt, dass es manchmal passiert, dass man sich nur kurz über den Weg läuft. Aber wir versuchen so oft wie möglich gemeinsame Abendessen oder Weinabende einzuplanen. Aber grundsätzlich ist es vor allem unter der Woche in der Wohnung eher ruhig.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, wo immer wieder durchgewechselt wird wer was putzt. Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass sich daran gehalten wird.
Our shared flat life is very relaxed. We are three friends, each with different work and university schedules, so it mostly happens by chance that we cook together or do other activities occasionally.
Viki is studying English and sports education and works part-time as a tutor, while Hanna is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business Administration and works part-time as an event planner for a large company. We’re all quite busy, which means sometimes we only cross paths briefly. However, we try to plan shared dinners or wine nights as often as possible. Generally, though, the apartment is pretty quiet during the week.
We have a cleaning schedule where the tasks rotate, and it’s very important to us that everyone sticks to it.
Da ich bald für 10 Wochen in England arbeiten werde, vermiete ich mein tolles WG-Zimmer für diese Zeit. Die Möbel bleiben imZimmer, du musst also nichts besorgen :)
