We are looking for a new flatmate from round march on! We live in a 7er WG in the edge of Leopoldstadt. Very close to the Donaukanal. Schwedenplatz(U1/U4) 6 mins walkway, Taborstrasse (U2) 6 mins, Karmeliterplatz(2) 1 min. The best of our flat is the location. we have all the kinds of shops (spar, billa, dm, hofer, denn's, bipa) very close, max 5 mins walkway, also Kärtnerstrasse, the smaller hopping street is just few mins away. Aaand as the best, as i mentioned the Donaukanal, so in the spring/summertime we chill a lot there together. :)
About us: We are Jacob (21) studies Antropology and Phylosophy half austrian, half brittish, spent few years in the States, very cool and easy goin guy, Max(23) doing his masters at the WU half austrian, half russian, very sweet guy, Roy (25) also masters at the WU, dutch, always up for interesting talks, Baska (23) does her masters in communication science, she is from Slovakia, very adventurous and always up for cool events, me, Panni (21) i study architecture, im from Hungary and i love wg dinners:) we will have an other new flatmate from march on he is called Jacopo, italian and comes for an erasmus semester, and studies desingn if i remember right. He also seems to be very sweet. We are all kind of very into our studies and work a lot, thats why its always nice to have a few nice flatmates with whom we can sit for a while maybe drink a beer and have a nice talk or watch some series at the end of the day, so we are looking for someone who could also join us as a friend :)
About the room and flat: the flate is huge, we have 7 seperate rooms, a big kitchen, two showers, two wc, a laundryroom, and a cozy livingroom/ diningroom. The room is round 13m2 costs 370euros per months, the deposit is 1200euros , ablöse for furniture 50 euros.
