Die Wohnung befindet sich im 10. Bezirk, auf der Laxenburgerstraße, 3 Min Fußweg zum Reumannplatz.

Gute ÖVM-Möglichkeiten: in 3 Minuten erreichst du U1 Reumannplatz, ebenso wie Quellenplatz (6er Straßenbahn). Zur Uni am Schottentor braucht man ca 15 Min, Karlsplatz erreicht man in 10 Min, Westbahnhof in 15 min (Straßenbahn).

Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Hofer, Lidl, Merkur, DM und viele türkische Supermärkte, Vormittags gibt's einen Gemüsemarkt in der Nachbarstraße.

The flat is situated in the 10th district, in the Laxenburgerstraße, just 3 Mins walk to Reumannplatz.

There are gut connections: you can reach U1 Reumannplatz or Quellenplatz (tram station) in 3 mins. You will need around 15 min to get to the university Schottentor, 10 mins to Karlsplatz, 15 mins to Westbahnhof.

There are many shopping options nearby: Hofer, Lidl, Merkur, DM and many Turkish supermarkets. On noon there is a big vegetable market in neighbour street.

Die Wohnung ist ca 80 qm und hat insgesamt vier Bewohner. Es handelt sich um neu sanierten Altbau, Erstbezug, wir wohnen dort selbst erst seit März 2018.

Neue Fenster schützen vor jeglichem Lärm aus der Straße, alle Fenster sind entweder in den Hof oder eine Seitengasse (so gut wie kein Verkehr) ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und besteht aus 4 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche (eingerichtet, mit Geschirrspüler) mit Esstisch, Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Waschmaschine und 2 Toiletten.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Hanah, Ellie und Hamza, sie sind alle Mitte zwanzig. Hanah ist aus Österreich und arbeitet als Kindergärtnerin. Sie ist immer offen für Neues und würde gerne Freiwilligenarbeit in einem Waisenheim in Indien leisten. Ellie ist aus Südtirol und ist Musiker. Er ist gesellig und immer für das eine oder andere Bier in der Küche zu haben. Hamza ist der jüngste Neuzugang unserer WG und kommt aus Tunesien. Er arbeitet für ein IT-start-up. Sie sind meistens an der Uni oder Arbeiten und du siehst sie deshalb nicht so oft. Manchmal kochen wir gemeinsam oder gehen fort.

The flat has 80 m2 and has 3 other tenants. The flat has been renovated recently. We are the first tenants after the renovation and have been living there since March 2018.

There are new windows in the flat, which protects from any sounds of the street. All the windows are situated to the courtyard or a side-street, where is almost no traffic. The flat is situated in the 1. floor of the building and consists of 4 rooms, which you can enter separately, a big open-plan kitchen (fully furnished and with dishwasher), bathroom with a bath and automatic washer. There are also 2 toilets in the flat.

Your new flat-mates will be Hanah, Ellie and Hamza, they are in their mid-twenties. Hanah is from Austria, she works as a kinder garden teacher, she is really open minded and planning to work as a volunteer in an orphanage in India. Ellie is from Italy, Südtirol, and he is a musician. He is really friendly and still open to having a couple of beers in the kitchen with the others. Hamza is joined our flat recently, he is from Tunisia and works for one IT start-up. They are mostly on the university or working, so you won't see them that much in the flat. Sometimes we are cooking together or going out.
