Hello!
The Burg-WG is looking for a new*n roommate and this is your chance to move into our fantastic WG! Since our previous roommate unfortunately goes to Germany due to work, we are looking for new reinforcement for our WG from February / March!
As you can see in the photos, this is a huge, beautiful old apartment in the best location in the 7th. District, with large living room with beamer and snacks, a kitchen with all the buckling snack and even a small guest room. The free room has loose 26m2, parquet flooring and is really very bright thanks to the two large windows.
The apartment is located directly in the hip 7. District in the immediate vicinity of everything you need for survival and well-being. The new U2 station and the U3 station Volkstheater and the Bim lines on the ring can be reached in 5 minutes, a bus rides right in front of the front door and the 7th. District with all its cafes, restaurants, shops, small alleys, galleries and the shopping street MaHü is just outside the door. The museum quarter (including Mumok, Kunsthalle, Leopold Museum) and the Volkstheater are not 10 minutes away. We love the situation and we hope you too
We are a working 4-person WG, which enjoys to make something together, to eat together, to go to the pub quiz or to brunch or go out in our large living room on weekends. We would therefore be very happy if you were interested in a beautiful WG together!
Your new roommates would be:
Kathi has been self-employed in the marketing sector for about a year and is always very sporty and active.
Eva is 29, writes her doctoral thesis in the field of education and is happy to travel from work and private.
Lennard is 30, working in the aviation sector, can tell you all the good diner shops in Vienna and can go ice-bathing on the weekend.
You see, essentially we are all relatively firm in life and are more or less degreased to the phase of a pure party WG. Apart from this, however, we have not grown up yet and look forward to joint party, game and cooking evenings. If you need rest or want to retreat, the apartment definitely also offers enough space to just get down and follow your own things :)
PS: Since in many WGs often tension is caused by bath/Klo & cleaning regulations, we have created remedies and every few weeks our dear cleaning aid viola has been coming for many years and takes over the cleaning of the common spaces :)
