When you get to the apartment, there is a room incl. Garderobe and a built-in cabinet to store shoes and jacket. Directly opposite the entrance is a beautiful bright and modern kitchen. There are all important things: There is an oven, an induction hob, with extractor hood, a large refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a radio. The wide window board with bar stool invites you to a cozy place to eat or stay.
From the entrance you can walk into each of the three bedrooms separately. All rooms have a nice exposure through the windows.
The bathroom and the toilet are also separated and as well as the storage room (incl. washing machine) can be moved from the entrance/course.
Basically, this is an all-inclusive flat-rate rental. This means that electricity, operating costs, heating, hot water and internet and equipment rental are included.
The house was recently completely renovated. There is an elevator and a possibility to park your bike. A parking space in the underground car park (including basement compartment) can be rented at a small surcharge.

Therefore each room is rented individually, an empty room does not have to be paid by the other residents. In principle, the landlord takes care of the tenants but likes to make suggestions for roommates.

The wide window sill with bar stool invites you to a cosy place to eat or linger.
Each of the three bedrooms can be accessed separately from the entrance hall. All of the rooms are bright thanks to the windows and can be furnished as desired.
The bathroom and the toilet are so separate and, like the storage room (incl. washing machine), can be accessed from the entrance hall/corridor.
The rent is basically all-inclusive. This means that electricity, running costs, heating, hot water, internet and appliance rental are included.
The house was recently completely refurbished. There is a lift and a bicycle storage facility. A parking space in the underground car park (including cellar compartment) can be rented for a small surcharge.

The apartment is located in a quiet nice side street in 16. District (Ottakring). The Staßenbahn 44 with which you reach the Schottentor (1st district and city centre) within 14 minutes is about a 2-minute walk away. The Ottakring U3 station is about 700m away.

At the moment Kumiko from Japan lives 32 (studiert Musik & singing) & Roneo from Bangladesh 25 (studiert data science) in the WG. We speak mainly English and German. We feel very comfortable in our WG and look forward to meeting you in order to sit together nicely or do something. By dividing the apartment, however, everyone also has a nice retreat to have its rest. International welcome!

Currently Kumiko from Japan 32 (Student Music & Singinging) & Roneo from Bangladesh 25 (Student Data Science) live in the shared apartment. We mainly speak English and German. We feel very comfortable in our shared apartment and look forward to getting to know you and spending a nice evening together or doing something. Thanks to the division of the apartment, everyone has a nice place to retreat to for peace and quiet. International welcome!
