Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat eine große Küche mit Esstisch, einen Laubengang auf dem man im Sommer draußen sitzen kann, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine getrennte Toilette und große Einbauschränke im Flur, in denen man alles Mögliche unterstellen kann. Das Haus hat einen Innenhof in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann
Das Zimmer ist 25m² groß und sonnendurchflutet. Es hat Parkettboden, hohe Decken und zwai große, zum Innenhof gerichtete Fenster. Solltest du Möbel brauchen, kann ich gerne Einiges hier lassen. Genaueres können wir gerne noch besprechen.

The apartment is very spacious, has a large kitchen with dining table, a pergola where you can sit outside in summer, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet and large built-in cupboards in the hallway where you can store all kinds of things. The house has an inner courtyard where you can park your bike.
The room has 25 square meters, parquet flooring, high ceilings and two large windows facing the inner courtyard. Should you need furniture, I can leave you parts of it. We can talk about details later.
Unsere WG liegt direkt an der Wienzeile bei der Nevillebrücke. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß 4 min von der U-Bahn Station Margaretengürtel entfernt (hier auch 18 und 6 Bim). Der nächste Billa ist direkt gegenüber, daneben gibt es auch einen Bäcker. Hofer, Spar und Bipa sind auf der Reinprechtsdorferstraße, ca 10min entfernt. Auch Bars, Cafes und Restaurants gibt es einige in der Umgebung. Der Bruno Kreisky Park ist direkt ums Eck. Dort gibt es auch Basketball- und Beachvolleyball Plätze, die wir im Sommer gern genutzt haben.

Our shared flat is located directly on the Wienzeile near the Nevillebrücke. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the Margaretengürtel subway station, which is also served by the Bims 18 and 6. The nearest Billa supermarket is directly opposite, and there is also a bakery next door. Hofer, Spar and Bipa are about 10 minutes away on Reinprechtsdorferstr. There are also several bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. The Bruno Kreisky Park is just around the corner, there are also basketball and beach volleyball courts, which we enjoyed using in the summer.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Hari, Vici und Tobi.
Hari arbeitet für die Stadt Wien. Er ist immer für Spieleabende zu haben und spielt gern Basketball. Im Sommer wohnt er fast auf der Donauinsel.
Vici arbeitet als Hebamme, macht super gern Yoga und geht gerne tanzen. Wenn sie nicht gerade Babys auffängt ist sie immer für ein Bierchen zu haben.
Tobi
Alle in der WG sind offen und kontaktfreudig. Somit sitzen wir öfters gemütlich in der Küche zusammen, spielen Darts oder trinken bei einem Bier zusammen(wobei es selten bei einem bleibt). Falls man doch lieber seine Ruhe hat, bietet das Zimmer auch genug Platz, um sich zurück zu ziehen.
Das harmonische Zusammenleben funktioniert bei uns deshalb so gut, weil Alle rücksichtsvoll und empathisch sind. Das würden wir dementsprechend auch von einem zukünftigen Mitbewohner / zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin erwarten, sodass eine offene Kommunikation gut möglich ist.

Hari works for the City of Vienna, likes to play basketball or games. He always knows where the next Tecno party is taking place and during summer he basically lives on the Donau Insel.
Vici works as a midwife and loves to do some yoga and dancing. When she is not catching babies she likes to go out and have some beers.
Tobi
We are open-minded and sociable. It's part of the WG-life to meet in the kitchen to talk, cook, play a game of darts or drink a beer together. If you're not in the mood to hang out after a long day, it's perfectly fine to go to your room and have a quiet evening, since it offers enough space to get cozy.
