My bright and cozy attic room will be available to rent for app. 4 weeks in our beautiful and quiet 19th district apartment. Move in date is flexible if you need the room a little sooner. Rent includes all extra costs and internet.

The room is app. 12m2, furnished with a bed, a mattress and a dresser. Located on the top floor at the end of the hallway, it is exceptionally quiet and offers a sense of privacy. The room is very bright during the day, however there is blackout blinds so your sleep wont be disturbed in the mornings.

The apartment itself is approximately 105m² and spans two floors, featuring a large living area with an open kitchen, two showers, two toilets, a balcony, and a shared garden (though it’s rarely used by our neighbors). From the balcony, you can enjoy stunning views of nature and even see Nußdorf in the distance.

The apartment is just a 7-minute walk from the nearest U-Bahn station, Spittelau, which is well-connected by U4, U6, and S-Bahn lines. Several bus and tram lines, including 37, 38, and A10 and more are also convenientlyp close by.

For your shopping needs, a Billa, Spar, DM are within 5 minutes, and a Hofer is 10-minutes away.

After a super sweet run, sadly our WG is dissolving at the end of March. With 2 of us already having another apartment, my room is one of two rooms that will be available in March.

For the comfort of our 3rd flatmate, its important for us that we find subrenters who are more interested in calm, quiet and respectfull living.
