16qm room with two large windows in beautiful Maisonette shared flat.
The room (and entire flat) has AC.
The price of the room can vary from 570€-600€ depending on how we decide to share the bathrooms. We can talk about it when we meet.
The apartment is new and spread across two floors. The first floor has two rooms (13m² and 16m²), along with a bathroom, while the second floor has a third room (11m²), another bathroom, and shared living spaces. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a dishwasher, hotplates, oven, and a washing machine. It opens up into a bigger space where we set up a cozy common area/ yoga space/ sometimes laundry space ;-)
There's also a bright area with plenty of windows, perfect for plants and another chill-out space.
We also have a big terrace and love plants.

We are three women who just moved in together and we really love the flat!
But I found another opportunity to move in with my boyfriend, so my room will be free from March 1st, 2025.
Please note we are looking for a long term roommate and not someone who is only staying for some months.
Your new roommates are two Maries, both studying and working. We like to spend time together, cook or do yoga or climbing, have a drink together, or do other nice and funny things, but it’s also totally fine if you just want your peace. We respect each other. Since two of us are working full time, we don‘t party every weekend but of course hang out with friends from time to time.
Please tell us a little bit about yourself and what you like to do in your freetime.
The fee for existing equipment includes the couch in the living room, kitchen equipment (cutlery, pans, pots, etc) with a large table and chairs, shelves, outdoor furniture, sunsails, etc. Which is all pretty much new and were bought together when we moved in July.
In my room there are bed, mattress and desk (also newly bought)
The new thermo blinds from velux will stay, because it is custom made and very useful :)
