There is a 5m2 compartment in the basement and a spacious bicycle room. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015 – so it looks very nice. ☺️

By bike you are even faster on the road – you can get to the TU Wien in just 9 minutes via the newly designed Argentinierstraße, a bicycle road according to the Dutch model. 😅

Anna is 24 years old and studies at mdw. Don't worry – their music samples take place exclusively at the university and not in the apartment. She is a social person who likes to wander and cook among others.
It would be great if you were open to joint activities – be it a common cook or film evening, a yoga session, a bicycle trip or just chat with beer/tea/coffee.
