Better photos to follow!!! (These are just screenshots from the videos of our viewing).
The apartment offers a lot of space for everyone. It has three (20m2 each) centrally accessible bedrooms and a shared living room (20m2), a spacious storage room, an approx. 8m2 office, a top equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large shower and sauna (!!!)
Your room has its peculiarities but a lot of potential!
The room is currently fully furnished with a large bed, cupboards and shelves, as well as a hidden washroom with its own washbasin. Perfect for brushing your teeth, the detailed morning routine or just to wash the sleep out of your eyes ;)
However, all or part of the furniture can be removed and designed as you see fit. (Only the sink must remain).
The office is shared by three of us, but can also be taken over alone for approx. 86€/month if interested.
Kitchen equipment includes:
- Induction cooker
- dishwasher
- fridge
- Lots of storage space
- Oven at working height
- microwave
We bring a portafilter coffee machine and coffee grinder incl. accessories.
The bathroom has a window to the atrium, is equipped with a wide shower and a (pink) washbasin as well as a washing machine and again plenty of storage space for small items.
And with a sauna!
The toilet (also with a window) is separate from the bathroom, but can only be accessed via the bathroom.
The house has an inner courtyard with parking spaces and bicycle racks.
Hofmühlgasse is centrally located in the 6th district, surrounded by nice bars and restaurants.
The Pilgramgasse with U4, 13A and 14A are only a 4-minute walk away.
Mariahilferstrasse with all its shopping facilities and the Naschmarkt are just around the corner.
For the sporty ones there is a public soccer cage right in front of the door and the Wien River is a popular running track.
We are Marija (30) and Elisa (25) and have already been living together in a shared flat for 2 years, this is now dissolving and we have found this unique apartment and are now looking for a lovely third person who would like to start a shared flat together.
Marija: I am originally from Vienna, I am currently writing my diploma thesis in architecture and would like to start working in an office afterwards. I also enjoy sports (cycling, bouldering, inline skating,...), love to enrich myself culturally (bookstores and museums are places where I get lost for hours) and always enjoy going to the movies. In general, I am open to trying new things and am not afraid of adventure, but I also really enjoy a coffee (in company) or an aimless walk. I also have a dog (Koba) who doesn't live with us but visits for a few days every now and then.
Elisa: I work in costume design for film and am always on the road. I alternate between intensive working hours during a project and a lot of free time between projects. When I'm in Vienna, I spend a lot of time in the bouldering hall, at the cinema or at home screenings where curated films are watched. I also like to be inspired very quickly by other people's hobbies, so I have my nose in surfing, (analog) photography, van conversions, acrobatics, rope climbing, classical music,... and I'm open to being inspired by more.
I also have an electric piano that I will put in the living room, which can also be used (with or without headphones).
We are not looking for a purpose-built flat share, but we always respect the need for personal retreat and individual daily rhythms. Simple, open communication in everyday life is important to us and we would also have regular shared flat evenings for organizational matters but also for socializing.
We like to sit together on the sofa and laugh about all sorts of things, chat over coffee or watch good movies (a projector is already on the shopping list, unless you can bring one), we are sociable and like to have visitors, but are not the biggest party animals.
Additional costs like electricity and WiFi is not yet included in the rent, just so you know.
We look forward to hearing from you, also with a few personal words and what you think specifically about the apartment. And if you‘d like to rent the office too, or rather share it.
Gerne auch auf Deutsch, wir wollten hier nur allen die Möglichkeit geben die Anzeige zu verstehen.
