The apartment is a quiet corner apartment and your room goes out to a side street with orientation south-east, so it's nicely quiet and bright :)
In your room is also a large wardrobe that is from the landlord. This will stay in the room and you can use it :)
The room has 3m room height with attached ceilings and professionally renovated historic window boxes with double glazed interior windows and original exterior windows (so you can hear from the street that is already quiet, hardly anything more)
A new washing machine and a dishwasher are also in the apartment, as well as a central kitchen with all appliances.
Bathroom and toilet are separate.
The U3 Hütteldorfer Straße is 5 minutes walk away and the city centre is only 15 minutes away. It is also not far to the sports centre at the melt! To Schönbrunn and Wilhelminenberg are about 10 min with the tram.
The area is otherwise pleasantly quiet and I find especially great for writing master thesis super because you are super fast in the city thanks to the U3, as well as fast in the quieter part of Vienna and can switch off :)
You will live with me (Larissa). I study architecture and I will complete my studies in the summer :)
My roommate pulls out because she goes abroad, so I'm looking for a new living person :)
I like to do a lot of sports myself and enjoy it very much that the room is large enough for handstand trainings 🤸🏼 ♀️
There are also a few sweet bars and cafes nearby, and the small garden settlements are amazingly good for walks to shut down and get out :)
And depending on how happy and far you jog, the stone farm grounds are also great to run and from there you can continue to the Wiener Wald, which is an absolute highlight for me in the summer! You forget that you are still in Vienna:)
I prefer to travel with my vintage “Rennrad” because I find that you can easily discover the most beautiful corners with the bike if you are not bound to you Öffis! I am always happy about accompaniment ^^

Entry between February and March
There is a small speciality at the WG: the landlord is abroad until at least July 2025 and it is his apartment where we live. He retains the third room of the apartment as a wardrobe and for overnight on weekends about every 3 months.
After the latest stand he will not return to Vienna in the summer and the apartment will remain rented for another 4 years :)
In the coming weeks, however, it will only decide whether it will come back or not
