I rent a spacious 20 m2 room in a charming apartment in a two-storey multi-family house in green and peaceful 23. District of Vienna. The environment is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation, as it is mainly inhabited by locals.
The apartment has a total area of 60 m2 and is fully equipped. Your room is generously cut, with half of it serving as a separate wardrobe area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. The entire apartment is heated by a gas thermo, which ensures a comfortable living feeling especially in the cold months.
The connection to public transport is good. It takes about 35 minutes to reach the tram line 60 and the U4 Karlsplatz. The S-Bahn station Atzgersdorf can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot or 4 to 5 minutes by bus, which offers you even more mobility.
To me: I am 30 years old, live and have been working in Vienna for several years and I am currently completing my Master's degree at the Vienna University of Technology. I have already gained experience in various WGs with men and women and know how important mutual respect and harmonious coexistence are. I attach great importance to honesty, reliability and open communication. My goal is that we both feel safe and comfortable here.
