Hello her loved ones,
I am looking for a nice roommate for a small unfurnished room in this beautiful old apartment on the 3rd floor (with lift!). The apartment has a total of 68m2 and is located directly at the Peace Bridge in the 20. District.
I took the apartment in January from my neighbor (was previously in the apartment next door) and will also move into the apartment. In the beginning, therefore, all furniture must be purchased (cost contribution for new furniture will be incurred). I'll take care of the most important parts until you get involved.
The room is unfortunately very small, but the apartment has a well equipped kitchen. The wardrobe can also be set up in the front room or in the kitchen, so that there is more room in the room... perhaps there is also who is always only temporarily in Vienna.
The old building is located directly at the Friedensbrücke in the 20. District. U4 Friedensbrücke and tram lines 5, 31 and 33 are all within 5 minutes. Nearby are Billa, Spar, Hofer, DM, Bipa, Libro and Pharmacies.
My name is Elli, 26 years old and originally from Graz. I went to Vienna for my bachelor's degree and spent the last two years in a 2 Wg. After my roommate has moved with her boyfriend, I'm looking for a new roommate.
I am currently studying journalism in the Master's degree at the University of Vienna and working 20 hours in marketing. In my spare time I love meeting with friends, going to concerts or going out on an evening. I am also very happy to attend excursions and city trips and have already completed a year abroad in America during my school period.
On the weekend I would like to take more time for my family and friends and I will drive back to Styria about 1x a month to visit my family.
As roommates, of course, we should understand each other well and be best friends. The aim is also to deal with each other in a thoughtful manner and to respect the needs and privacy of others. Visit is also welcome.
I'd like to write a message if you're interested and you think you could fit into the Wg. Photo/s or Instagram can, of course, be sent along so that I can already get a picture of you.

I'm not sure how much electricity, heating, WW will turn out. So to the 450,- could get more costs.
The pictures are unfortunately after 16:00, but the apartment is south-facing and therefore also very bright!
The collection date is flexible, but should be mid-February at the latest.
