The apartment is about 90m2 and is located directly between Praterpark and Danube Canal. So you really are in the park in the sun within two minutes. In addition, the perfect starting position to be on the Danube island in 20 minutes in the summer.

Ansonsten fährt etwa 5 Minuten entfernt die 1 mit der man alles am Ring easy erreichen kann. Die Stationen U3 Kardinal Nagel Platz und U4 Landstraße sind zu Fuß etwa 10 bzw 20 Minuten entfernt und mit dem Rad ist es eh alles sehr entspannt.
Hofer und Billa sind zum einkaufen auch jeweils nur knapp 5 - 10 Minuten fußweg entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15m2 groß mit schönen hohen Decken und dem typischen Wiener Fischgrätparket. Es liegt außerdem zum Innenhof und ist damit extrem ruhig sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht :)
Im Flur gibt es übrigens noch einen riesen Schrank als Stauraum, egal ob für Schuhe, Jacken oder was auch immer man sonst gerade nicht im Zimmer haben möchte, da passt so ziemlich alles rein.
Ein kleines Kabinett gibt es auch noch das quasi als mini Wohnzimmer/ Gästezimmer fungiert ✌️
****Da die WG im September aufgelöst wird weil der Mietvertrag ausläuft, nehme ich meine Möbel schon mit aus der Wohnung. Das Zimmer wird also unmöbliert übergeben.****
Unsere Küche hat eig alles was man sich so wünscht. Es ist genügend Platz zum Kochen, wir haben Spühlmaschine und gaaanz viel Stauraum.
Toilette und Bad sind getrennt was für eine WG perfekt ist. Und das Bad wurde vor ein paar Jahren frisch saniert.

Du würdest mit Lea und Anna zusammen wohnen. Beide sind mega lieb und vor allem auch super sportlich. Sobald das Wetter es zuläst (teilweise reicht dafür schon ein einziger Sonnenstrahl) findet man beide normal auf ihren Rennrädern in der Wiener umgebung um her flitzen.
Wenn die Beine mal müde sind, sind die Arme dran, beide gehen nämlich auch liebend gerne Bouldern. Praktisch dafür ist, dass die nächste Boulderhalle nur knapp 400 Meter Luftlinie enfernt ist ;)
Beide arbeiten Vollzeit, Lea teilweise auch im Hofe Office, daher sind sie unter der Woche oft ziemlich busy.
Trotzdem trifft man sich dann Abends nach dem Sport oft in der Küche während alle kochen / essen. :)
Generell ist das WG Leben mit den beiden super entspannt :)
