In our beautiful WG in 18. District will be free from February.
The apartment is very bright and has a total of 3 rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a dishwasher, the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, the toilet extra.
In the room and in the apartment must not be smoked.
Die Wohngegend ist ein Traum (Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist problemlos möglich) und mit den
Öffis ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, an der Hauptuni (Bim 40&41, 20 Minuten bis Schottentor) oder auf der BOKU (15 Minuten zu Fuß). Die nächste Nigthlinestation (N 41) ist circa 5 Minuten von uns entfernt.
Zum AKH braucht man mit dem Fahrrad unter 10 Minuten (kaum befahrene Seitenstraßen machens möglich). Dadurch dass wir nicht im Zentrum wohnen musst du dir keine Sorgen machen, dass dich Baustellen/Autolärm am Morgen aus dem Bett holen, sondern kannst rund um die Uhr die Ruhe und die frische Luft der vielen Bäume und Grünflächen genießen.
Ansonsten wären da noch der wunderschöne Türkenschanzpark und Pötzleinsdorfer Schloßpark, die mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar sind und zwei Schwimmbäder, die jeweils 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt sind (Schafbergbad super Aussicht über Wien und das Kongressbad mit beheiztem 50 m Edelstahlsportbecken)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer/Billa/Spar), sowie Apotheken, Ärzte und der Gersthofer Markt sind ebenfalls 5-10 Minuten entfernt.
We study and work. Our interests range from travel (e.g. Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Nepal, etc.) and surfing to cooking and dancing (Lindy Hop). We like to go skating, running or swimming, as well as from time to time to concerts, to cinema and generally to many events. We like to do or deal with music.
We attach great importance to cleanliness and authenticity and would be happy if you see this as well and take care of the flat plaster.
A purpose WG should not be.
If, on the other hand, trust and reliability are important to you, then you are in the best position with us.
Of course, it would be best if you share some Hobbies/views with us, but we are generally open to new things:)
The room is equipped with a sturdy high bed (2 m deck height, compatible for 1.40 m mattresses) and can otherwise be furnished entirely to your taste. The high bed gives you almost 3 m2 of space and can set up a comfortable sitting area underneath. The high bed was built by ourselves, will remain in the room and is unavailable.
