from the 2nd March we are looking for a new roommate / a new roommate, as our esteemed Theresa brings together with her friend.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern old building and the room is 12.63 sqm, has a 3.50m high ceiling, a great platform high bed.
The detachments for the living room etc. are 200€. The room (high bed) is 400€.
The Josefinengasse is a quiet side street (and windows were renovated a few years ago) of the Taborstraße and is located overall in a very good location with an excellent connection and pleasant neighbors.
Supercentral location & perfect connections: It's really awesome!
-Augarten: 3 minutes walk
-U2 Taborstraße: 3 minutes walk
-U1 Nestroyplatz: 8 minutes walk
-S-Bahn: 10 minutes walk

Zudem kommen 83€ Haushaltesversicherung pro Jahr dazu, sowie die Wartung der Therme, auch ca. 60€.
WG-Besichtigungen sind ab der ersten Februar Woche geplant.
