For rent comes an approx. 20m2 large room, fully furnished (see pictures), including all operating costs, in a beautiful quiet area of Vienna with a well maintained garden and beautiful kitchen (kitchen available for shared use). The bathroom and a toilet are located next to the room, in the house there are 3 bathrooms with shower and 3 toilets. Parking is available directly in front of the house, we also have good public access to the centre (6 minutes walk to U6 and 5 minutes to Badner Bahn). Personal knowledge is desired beforehand, as a harmonious and respectful coexistence should work. No detachment.
The house is located in a very safe residential area.
There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as Shopping City South (one of the largest shopping centres in Europe).
All around there are nice bath ponds, the spa of Vienna and many excursions in the area.
By connecting to the underground line U6 (as well as Badner Bahn) you will be in the centre by public transport in about 20-30 minutes.
Parking can be carried out in front of the house, but the so-called "Parkpickerl" (Addresser of the Authority) must be applied to the Magistratische Bezirksamt des Hauptwohnsitzs (in our case the Magistratische Bezirksamt für Liesing), costs for 4 months: 424 euros, every other month: 106 euros - longest duration 24 months: 2.544 euros. However, the garage can also be rented at the house if it is free.
Uncomplicated, cumbersome, clean and independent (occupied) people are sought.
The WG life should proceed harmoniously. There is a cleaning plan that is to be adhered to by everyone (in one wheel all come in a row in a 2-week rhythm - i.e. each approx. 4 x /year).
A respectful handling of the roommates should be of course.
With us it is rather quiet (we are not party-WG) and everyone goes their own way.
Nevertheless, everyone should understand each other well.
