Längerfristig werden Frauen bevorzugt, Mietdauer je nach Wunsch änderbar, kürzere Mietdauer bevorzugt. Bislang sind wir eine ruhigere Frauen-WG und haben einen gepflegten Haushalt :) Die Küche hat ein Fenster zum Hof mit einem großen Baum davor, Spüler etc. Im großen Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine bereit, und im Hof dürfen Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
