The house is a new building from 2017 and therefore in style relatively modern inclusive spacious elevator. The apartment itself has modern sanitary facilities, underfloor heating, and a new kitchen with everything you need for cooking and life. There are a total of five living rooms with almost the same size, two toilets, two bathrooms with a walk-in 2sqm shower, a kitchen with a shared balcony and a storage room.
The apartment has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The room itself is at the end of the corridor. Therefore it is located at a good distance from the center of the apartment, it is also the quietest of all rooms, adjacent to one of the two bathrooms. The view goes towards the street, which, however, does not bother because it is not loud in the area and close the windows soundproof.
The apartment is located in 5. Wiener Gemeindebezirk (Margareten). In about 10 minutes walk there are all possible connections such as Bus (59A), Bim (1, 6, 18, 62) and the subway U4 (Margaret belt).
There are also many shopping facilities available (Hofer, DM, PENNY, Apotheke, Lidl, Bipa, Billa, ...) the nearest supermarket (Spar) is just a 2-minute walk away. Vienna's main shopping street (Mariahilfer Straße) is also not too far away.
The apartment is located in the middle of the main railway station (10min) and Westbahnhof (15min), if you need to commute occasionally, or with the climate ticket you want to make trips throughout Austria.
The TU can be reached by tram in about 15 minutes.
The University of Vienna over the Öffis in about 35 minutes (with the wheel 20 minutes).
The WU Vienna via the Öffis in about 35 minutes.
Your future roommates are Antonia (25), Lena (24), Lena (23) and Felix (23). Most of them are studying and going to work side by side. We are all striving to take account of each other, especially in terms of night rest, as some have to get up early.
Your roommates are:
- Lena, she's 23 years old and comes from Vienna. She has already lived in all the districts of Vienna, so she knows great in Vienna and is happy to travel. She studies room planning at the TU and also works there. In her spare time she likes to go to Silent Discos, to the cinema (with her new cinema subscription), as well as to the beach bar Hermann.
Antonia is 24 and also from Vienna. She completed her marketing studies at the FH Wiener Neustadt. It is also very sympathetic and almost always well-launted. It is also always for a goose in the kitchen or a beer on the balcony. In her spare time she likes to go to the gym or meet with friends.
- Lena, 22, moved from Munich to Vienna to study architecture at TU. Lena likes to explore the most remote places in Austria with its climate ticket, Taylor Swift listens to the balcony and is also always motivated by joint activities. Self-made aperol ice is its speciality ;)
- Felix, 22 years old, is the latest in the WG-Bunde and is currently studying at BWL.
The atmosphere in the WG is quite loose and you meet in the kitchen for everyday conversations. After a relaxed evening, everyone is happy to have some free space for themselves.
There is a cleaning service that cleanses the kitchen and bathroom weekly on Wednesday. Your key locks the apartment door and also the room offered here.
The room will be awarded as soon as I have received a new accommodation after my completed study.
All furniture in the room belong to me and can be taken over to the desk with the PC. People who want to take over all furniture are preferred. The detachment is € 490 and includes:
