18sqm room (460,- all inclusive) Room goes towards the side street and is quite quiet.
Partially furnished. Bed frame + large dress rack would remain in the room and, as required, other pieces of furniture would also be available (the detachment must be made with the excavator)
Rent with everything around and there is at 460,-. We have a super cozy and large living room with open kitchen and many plants :) bathroom and toilet are separated.
The apartment is in a really cool and quiet location, about 3 minutes from Auer- Welsbach Park, Schwendermarkt ums Eck, Billa direkt vor der Tür, Hofer 5 min, 52er and 60er tram 3 min., Westbhf 4 stations, U4 Schönbrunn about 7 min., Bus 10A and 12A also 7 min.
I briefly describe how the WG life has so far been in our WG and how we and it continues to wish:
Decorative and clean, especially in the kitchen and in the living room. We don't have a cleaning plan because everyone knows when's time to do something again.
In the evening we like to sit together, cook, clash, jam, play games or watch movie :)
A harmonious one was and is very important to us. You should be happy when you come to the apartment and not vice versa! If you want to move back to the room, of course, that is not a problem - we take into account the privacy of others and are respectful of each other.
There are no types of racism or homophobia tolerated...

My name is Daniel, I am the main tenant and I am originally from Salzburg. I am 28 years old and write my master thesis. I've been evaporating sports and geography on teaching staff.
I am natural, I like to go to our beloved Auer-Welsbachpark next door to the Slaklinen and chill in my hammock. I love traveling, listening to music, playing guitar and ukulele and doing something together. I'm a vegetarian, I like to cook. It shouldn't be a problem when some friends come by.
Livia:
I am 21, coming from Graz and studying education in the Bachelor. I love to pull the houses on weekends, am an open person, very musical (sing and playing piano and am in a band), like to cook and entertain me super happy with people :)
We are both very easy-going, uncomplicated and openminded...
