Nach Renovierungsarbeiten ist die WG - ausgestattet mit neuem Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine & Kühlschrank 🥳 - wieder bewohnbar.
Jetzt bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin welche gerne dieses süße 17m2 Zimmer bewohnen möchte. 🤗
Dadurch dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt ist es angenehm hell im Zimmer. Das französische Fenster im Zimmer hat auch noch einen eigenen charm!
Es sind sieben Minuten Gehweg zum Graben, 10 zum Schwedenplatz.
Wir haben bei uns gleich den Karmelitermarkt für frisches Obst und Gemüse, sowie auch nen Billa und Interspar. Eine Apotheke gibts auch in der Nähe.
Die Universität Wien ist in circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Webster Universität und die Uni Wien BWL Fakultät sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten von uns entfernt.
Nachdem sich die WG neu bildet, ist es mir wichtig darauf zu schauen dass es Personen auch gerne ruhig und unkompliziert haben. 📚🤓
Ich finde es schön manchmal gemütlich in der Küche oder in der Sitzecke zusammenzusitzen und auch genug Raum für Privatsphäre zu haben.
Auch das kein Geschirr in der Abwasch steht und auch direkt nachdem man kocht alles aufgeräumt wird ist mir wichtig. Einmal über überall drüber wischen und schon kann die nächste Person eine saubere Küche verwenden. 🌟💫✨😇

After renovation work, the apartment – now equipped with a new dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge 🥳 – is ready to be lived in again. I’m looking for a female flatmate who would love to live in this cozy 17m2 room. 🤗
Since the apartment is on the 5th floor it’s pleasantly bright. The french window has its own charm in the room as well!
You’re right in the city, with the Danube Canal just 1 minute away. Despite the central location, the apartment is situated on a quiet side street.
Crossing the bridge takes you straight to the 1st district (Salztor Bridge), or you can walk through the nearby Schottenring subway station. The Schottenring U-Bahn (U2 & U4) is just a 3-minute walk away, and the 1 and 2 trams, as well as several bus lines, are close by too. 🚉
There are Spar, Hofer, and Billa supermarkets, as well as a pharmacy, Karmelitermarkt, and Rotenturmstraße, all within walking distance. 🛍️🛒
The lush Prater park isn’t too far either, perfect for jogging or enjoying nature. 🌳🌸
Since the flatshare is being newly formed, it’s important to me that everyone values a peaceful and easygoing environment. 📚🤓
I enjoy sitting together in the kitchen or living area from time to time, while also respecting personal space.
It’s also important to me that no dishes are left in the sink and that everything is cleaned up right after cooking. A quick wipe-down and the kitchen is clean and ready for the next person to use. 🌟💫✨😇
