Hello,
I rent a room in my apartment from 06 January until the end of July.
The room has 23 m2 and is fully furnished. The apartment has a total of 91 m2 and was refurbished a few years ago.
All costs are included in the rent of 460 Euro (electricity, gas, operating costs and Internet).
Deposit is 500 euros that you get back when nothing gets damaged.

A few minutes walk to the U1 Keplerplatz and the Matzleinsdorferplatz (street railway lines and Sbahn)
Near the main railway station.
Nearly right in front of the house is the bus line 14a.
Spar, Hofer, Lidl, Bipa are all around the corner.

We tend to have a purpose WG where we appreciate the privacy of others but still like to talk and often talk when we see each other.
Order is very important to us, we place a great deal of value on a clean apartment and that the common spaces will always leave properly.
It is also important to us that the WG life is relaxed and uncomplicated, taken into consideration and all feel comfortable.
