Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Zimmer, das ab 01.02.2025 frei ist, ist rund 16,50 Quadratmeter groß, schön geschnitten und verfügt über Stuckverzierungen an der Decke . Die 390 Euro sind fix. Die 180 Euro sind für Nebenkosten. Diese rechne ich ab sobald ich die Nebenkostenabrechnung von meinem Vermieter habe. Bei den hohen Nebenkosten sollte ein Guthaben entstehen.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone, der größere ist von der Küche aus begehbar. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank und einen großen Gefrierschrank. Bei beiden hat jeder sein eigenes Fach, genauso im Küchenschrank. Töpfe, Besteck, Pfannen, Kochutensilien, vor allem Teller und Tassen sind vorhanden. Für besondere Geräte (wie einen Smoothiemaker etc.) oder Lieblingsstücke gibt es natürlich noch Platz. Von der "Grundausrüstung" sollte alles da sein.

Das Zimmer wird möbliert. Es gibt ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und mehrere Regale.

The flat is located on the third floor of an apartment house. The room that will be available as soon as 1. February 2023 messures around 16,50 square meter. 390 Euros are rent. For the additional costs are 180 estimated. I will calculate the additional costs as soon as I receive the written calculation from the landlord. Since 180 Euro are very high the result of my calculation should be a positive amount that is to be transferred to you.

There are 2 balconies, the bigger one can be entered from the kitchen. Everybody has their own space in the refrigerator and the freezer as well as the kitchen cabinet. I never lived in the apartment by myself therefore we have most of the kitchen equipment for sharing. We will find space for special devices and your favorite pieces but the basic equipment is present.

The room will be furnished. It is equiped with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and several shelves.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral zur Wiesbadener Innenstadt. Diese ist zu Fuß innerhalb von zehn Minuten zu erreichen (Fußgängerzone).

Hier in der Nähe gibt es zwei Penny-Märkte, einen Netto, verschiedene Bäcker, die Hochschule Rhein-Main, einen Obst- und Gemüseladen, einen TEDi, einen Bioladen, eine Apotheke usw.

The flat is located very central in downtown Wiesbaden. By foot it is a ten minute walk to the city center (pedestrian area).

In the neighbourhood is a grocery store called Netto and two called Penny, there is more than one backery, the University Rhein-Main, a greengrocer, a "Dollar-Store" TEDi, an organic grocery store and a pharmacy......

Ich bin bereits seit April 2016 hier wohnhaft. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist aus Venezuela, arbeitet im Büro und ist Anfang dreißig. Sie wird im Laufe des Frühjahres allerdings auch ausziehen, da sie eine neue Beschäftigung in Berlin gefunden hat und dort nach der Probezeit hinziehen wird.

Das putzen übernehme ich zwei bis drei Mal im Monat. Sollte ich nicht dazu kommen, kann auch jemand anderes putzen. Grundsätzlich ist es aber meine Aufgabe.

Wer bin ich?
Mein Name ist Kathrin, ich bin 37 Jahre alt und berufstätig. In meiner Freizeit bin ich sehr kreativ unterwegs. Meine Hobbies sind Bilder und Filme machen, malen, zeichnen, schreiben, lesen, Hörbücher, ins Kino/Theater/die Oper gehen, Filme schauen, verreisen...

Gerne unternehmen wir alle zusammen auch mal was. Das muss aber nicht sein. Es kann auch einfach eine Zweck-WG sein.

Was mir noch wichtig ist: Veränderungen in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, egal ob es Möbel oder Gardinen etc. betrifft werden nur in Absprache mit mir und der dritten Person vorgenommen.

I am already living in the flat since April 2016. My room mate is from Venezuela, has an office-job, and is in her early thirties. She will also move out during spring 2025 since she found a new job in Berlin and will move there after the probationary period.

I am the one to clean the flat two or three times a month. If I am busy you can also do it but normally it is my task.

My Name is Kathrin. I am 37 years old and I am employed. In my spare time I like to be creative. My hobbies are filming, taking pictures, writing, reading, painting, drawing, going to the movie theatre, going to the theatre/Opera, travelling...

What's also important to me is: any changes regarding furniture, curtain etc. in the shared rooms will be made only in compliance with me and the third person.
