Ich gebe mein tolles WG Zimmer am Kaiser Friedrich Ring ab.
Das wäre ab März oder nach Vereinbarung.
Ich lade noch weitere Bilder hoch, das waren nur provisorische.
Es ist ca. 25m2 groß, hat ein großes Fenster ohne Balkon und typisch hohe Wände.
Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne.
Die Wohnküche ist ca. 14m2 groß und die Wohnung insgesamt ist 80m2 groß.
Meine Mitbewohnerin hat zwei Zimmer, das sind beides die kleineren der Wohnung.
Für die Waschmachine wäre ein Abschlag von 120€ fällig.
Ansonsten wäre der Rest auch nach Absprache.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Kaiser Friedrich Ring, also direkt an der Haltestelle an der Ringkirche. An der Haltestelle Dotzheimerstr/Bismarckring sind auch viele Busverbindungen, wie die 4,14,23,24,27 usw. Also man ist recht zentral und kommt auch zu Fuß relativ schnell überall hin.
Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 17 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das WG Leben ist sehr harmonisch, meine Mitbewohnerin Juliet ist 24 und hat eine sehr kreative Aura. Sie malt und singt/rappt sehr gerne und ist auch sehr gesprächig. Meistens ist sie bis zum Abend arbeiten und auch öfters unterwegs, weshalb nicht wirklich oft jemand zu Hause ist. Es ist also eher ruhiger.
